Claims (1)
- 비빔국수용 양념의 총 중량에 대하여 54~56%의 김치국물과, 1~2%의 매실발효액과, 8~9%의 설탕과, 2~6%의 화학조미료와, 2~3%의 식초와, 12~20%의 고추가루와, 8~9%의 분쇄된 마늘과, 8~9%의 분쇄된 파인애플을 균일하게 혼합함에 있어서,상기 김치국물은 김치의 총 중량에 대하여 물 50%와, 무 20~21%와, 절임배추 20~21%와, 마늘 8~9%와, 생강 4~5%와, 대파 4~5%를 넣어 영상 1~5℃에서 2~3개월간 발효된 김치로부터 형성되고,상기 매실발효액은 매실과 설탕을 1:1의 중량비로 섞어 용기에 넣어 80일~100일간 발효되도록 형성하여 동일한 맛을 낼 수 있도록 하는 매실발효액이 함유된 비빔국수용 양념 제조방법.
