Claims (8)
- 차량에서의 차체와 차축 사이에 개재 장착되어 차체의 진동을 억제하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기에 있어서,실린더와,상기 실린더 내에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 삽입되어 실린더 내를 액실과 가스실로 구획하는 프리 피스톤과,상기 실린더 내에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 삽입되어 상기 액실을 2개의 압력실로 구획하는 피스톤과,일단부에 상기 피스톤이 연결되는 로드와,상기 가스실 내에 수용 장착되어 상기 프리 피스톤을 상기 액실 방향으로 압박하는 탄성 부재를 구비하고,상기 탄성 부재는, 압축 중에 스프링 상수가 커지도록 설정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 부재는, 스프링 상수가 작은 부위와 스프링 상수가 큰 부위를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 상수가 작은 부위는, 상기 실린더에 대한 상기 피스톤의 스트로크 위치가 소정 위치의 경우에 최압축 상태로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소정 위치란, 상기 피스톤의 스트로크 위치가 중립 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 상수가 작은 부위는, 상기 피스톤의 스트로크 위치가 중립 위치에서 신축 가능한 상태로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 부재는, 항상 상기 프리 피스톤과 상기 실린더 단부에 의해 끼움 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 부재는, 코일 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 부재는 합성 수지제로서,실린더 내주에 끼워 맞추는 기초부와, 당해 기초부로부터 기립하여 프리 피스톤의 단부에 접촉되는 압박부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 단통형 액압 완충기.
