Claims (7)
- シリンダと、シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されシリンダ内を液室と気室とに区画するフリーピストンと、シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入され液室を二つの圧力室に区画するピストンと、ピストンに一端が連結されるロッドとを備えた車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器において、フリーピストンを液室方向に附勢し圧縮が進行するとバネ定数が大きくなる弾性部材を気室内に設けたことを特徴とする車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
- 弾性部材は、ピストンがフリーピストン方向に所定位置を越えるとバネ定数が大きくなるように設定されてなる請求項1に記載の車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
- 弾性部材は、バネ定数が小さな部位とバネ定数が大きな部位を備えており、所定のピストン位置でバネ定数が小さな部位は最圧縮状態となることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
- 弾性部材は、バネ定数が小さな部位とバネ定数が大きな部位を備えており、バネ定数が小さな部位はピストンが中立位置にあると最圧縮状態となることを特徴とする請求項1または3のいずれかに記載の車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
- 弾性部材は、コイルスプリングであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
- 弾性部材は、合成樹脂製であって、シリンダ内周に嵌合する基部と、基部から起立してフリーピストンの端部に当接する凸部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
- 弾性部材は、常時フリーピストンとシリンダ端部とで挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の車両用単筒型液圧緩衝器。
