Claims (8)
- 알니코 분말 60 내지 99중량% 및 사마리움-코발트 분말 1 내지 40중량%를 포함하는 알니코계 복합자석용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알니코 분말은 150 내지 300㎛이고, 상기 사마리움-코발트 분말은 50 내지 120㎛인 알니코계 복합자석용 조성물.
- 150 내지 300㎛의 알니코 분말 60 내지 99중량% 및 50 내지 120㎛의 사마리움-코발트 분말 1 내지 40중량%를 혼합하여 자성분말을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 자성분말 90 내지 98중량%에 바인더 2 내지 10중량%를 아세톤에 용해시켜 혼합한 후 건조, 분쇄, 압축 성형 및 경화하는 단계를 포함하는 알니코계 복합자석의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 에폭시수지, 경화제 및 경화촉진제 혼합물인 알니코계 복합자석의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 의한 제조방법에 의하여 제조되는 알니코계 복합자석.
- 제 5 항에 의한 알니코계 복합자석에 페라이트 자석층이 접합된 이종접합형 알니코계 복합자석.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 페라이트 자석층은 용융염법으로 제조된 스트론튬-페라이트 자석층인 이종접합형 알니코계 복합자석.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 알니코계 복합자석은 1.5~3.5mm이고, 상기 페라이트 자석층은 400~500㎛인 이종접합형 알니코계 복합자석.
