Claims (5)
- 열간 단조 후의 부분 냉각에 의해서 도입된 경화부와, 비경화부를 갖고, 표면에 있어서의 상기 경화부의 비커스 경도 V1 과 상기 비경화부의 비커스 경도 V2 가 하기 식 (1) 을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 단조품.(V1 - V2)/V2 : 0.1 ∼ 0.8 ---- (1)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 경화부는 마르텐사이트 조직 및/또는 베이나이트 조직으로 이루어지는 열간 단조품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 열간 단조품에 냉간 마무리 가공을 실시하여 이루어지는 기계 구조 부품.
- 열간 단조를 실시하여 얻은 단조품에 대해서, AC3 + 100℃ 이상부터 AC1 - 150℃ 이하까지 20℃/s 이상의 속도로 냉각하는 냉각 처리를 부분적으로 실시하고, 다음으로, 그 부분에 AC1 점을 초과하지 않는 온도 영역에서의 복열 (復熱) 에 의한 템퍼링을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 단조품의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 복열에 의한 템퍼링은, 상기 냉각을 정지시킨 후, 복열 후의 강온 (降溫) 과정에서 300℃ 에 도달하기까지의 동안에 대하여 ΔTn 초 마다의 평균 온도 Tn(K) 로부터, 하기 식 (2) 로 정의되는 파라미터 H 가,65 ≤ H ≤ 85를 만족하는 열간 단조품의 제조 방법.H = log10 ∑ 10fn ---- (2)단, fn = logΔTn - 1.597 × 104/Tn + 100
