- 화학 조성이, 질량%로,
C:0.24 내지 0.36%,
Si:0.40% 미만,
Mn:0.20 내지 0.45%,
S:0.020% 미만,
P:0.020% 미만,
Cr:0.70 내지 1.45%,
Al:0.005 내지 0.060%,
Ti:0.010% 초과, 0.050% 이하,
Nb:0.003 내지 0.050%,
B:0.0003 내지 0.0040%,
N:0.0020 내지 0.0080%,
Cu:0 내지 0.50%,
Ni:0 내지 0.30%,
Mo:0 내지 0.050%,
V:0 내지 0.050%,
Zr:0 내지 0.050%,
Ca:0 내지 0.0050% 및
Mg:0 내지 0.0050%
를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지고,

로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 단조 부품용 압연 봉강 또는 압연 선재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화학 조성이, 질량%로,
Zr:0.003 내지 0.050%,
Ca:0.0005 내지 0.0050% 및
Mg:0.0005 내지 0.0050%
로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 냉간 단조 부품용 압연 봉강 또는 압연 선재.
