Description
Claims (5)
- 수지 필름의 편면 중앙부에 상기 수지 필름보다 소형의 압전진동판을 부착하고, 상기 수지 필름의 외주부를 케이스에 지지해서 이루어지는 압전발음체에 있어서:상기 압전진동판은 장방형으로 형성되며;상기 수지 필름의 편면에는 점착층이 형성되어 있고;상기 수지 필름의 편면의 중앙부에 상기 점착층에 의해 상기 압전진동판이 부착되어 있고;상기 압전진동판의 장변 중앙부와 상기 수지 필름의 사이에 상기 압전진동판의 장변을 따라 접착제가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전발음체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착제의 도포범위는 상기 압전진동판의 장변의 중점을 중심으로 해서 상기 장변의 1/2이상의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전발음체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 케이스는 전측 케이스 및 후측 케이스로 이루어지고, 상기 전측 케이스 및 후측 케이스는 방음 구멍을 갖는 중앙 부분이 상기 수지 필름에 대하여 두께 방향으로 이간하도록 각각 드로잉 가공된 일체의 금속 부품이며, 상기 전측 케이스 및 후측 케이스의 외주 플랜지 부분이 상기 수지 필름의 양면에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전발음체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지 필름의 편면의 외주부의 일부에 상기 점착층에 의해 단자판이 부착되어 있고,상기 압전진동판의 표면의 전극과 상기 단자판의 표면의 전극이 리드를 통해 전기적으로 접속되어 있고,상기 수지 필름의 편면의 상기 단자판에 부착된 영역을 제외하는 외주부에 방음 구멍을 갖고 또한 상기 압전진동판을 비접촉으로 덮는 전측 케이스가 상기 점착층에 의해 부착되어 있고,상기 수지 필름의 다른 면의 외주부에 방음 구멍을 갖고 상기 수지 필름의 중앙부를 비접촉으로 덮는 후측 케이스가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전발음체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 리드는 금속선으로 이루어지고, 상기 리드의 양단부가 상기 압전진동판 표면의 전극과 상기 단자판의 표면의 전극에 각각 접속되고, 상기 리드의 중앙부에 슬랙부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전발음체.
