Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유효량을 이들이 필요한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 시험관 내(in vitro) 또는 생체 내(in vivo)에서 콜라겐 합성 및/또는 KGF(keratinocyte growth factor)의 발현을 촉진하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유효량을 이들이 필요한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 피부 노화를 치료하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유효량을 이들이 필요한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 축 늘어지거나(flaccid) 및/또는 주름진 피부를 치료하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유효량을 이들이 필요한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 피부의 유연(smoothing) 및/또는 탄력(firming)을 증진시키는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유효량을 이들이 필요한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 폐경기(menopause)의 역 피부 효과(adverse cutaneous effects)를 치료하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖 는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 유효량을 이들이 필요한 개체에 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 콜라겐에 있어서 폐경기의 역효과를 치료하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 폴리펩티드는 서열번호 24, 서열번호 25 및 서열번호 26으로 이루어진 군 에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단편은 서열번호 12로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하며, 적어도 192개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단편은 서열번호 2, 서열번호 12, 서열번호 13, 서열번호 14 및 서열번호 27 내지 서열번호 34 중에서 선택된 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 콜라겐 합성 및/또는 KGF 발현 촉진용 조성물.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는 (b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 피부노화 방지용 화장료 조성물.
- 제10항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 폴리펩티드는 서열번호 24, 서열번호 25 및 서열번호 26으로 이루어진 군 에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제10항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단편은 서열번호 12로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하며, 적어도 192개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단편은 서열번호 2, 서열번호 12, 서열번호 13,서열번호 14 및 서열번호 27 내지 서열번호 34 중에서 선택된 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (a) 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 폴리펩티드;(b) 상기 (a) 폴리펩티드와 적어도 70% 이상의 아미노산 서열 상동성을 갖는 분리된 폴리펩티드; 및(c) 상기 (a) 또는(b) 폴리펩티드의 단편으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 콜라겐 합성 및/또는 KGF 발현 촉진용 조성물을 제조하기 위한 용도.

- 제15항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 폴리펩티드는 서열번호 24, 서열번호 25 및 서열번호 26으로 이루어진 군 에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제15항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단편은 서열번호 12 로 표시되는 아미노산 서열을 포함하며, 적어도 192개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단편은 서열번호 2, 서열번호 12, 서열번호 13,서열번호 14 및 서열번호 27 내지 서열번호 34 중에서 선택된 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
