Claims (38)
- 하나 이상의 일부가 중공 원통형상의 라이너 구성부재를, 복수개 접합하여 구성된 수지 라이너와,상기 수지 라이너의 바깥 둘레에 배치된 보강층을 가지는 가스용기에 있어서,상기 복수의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부끼리는, 레이저용착에 의하여 서로 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 하나 이상의 일부가 중공 원통형상의 라이너 구성부재를, 복수개 접합하여 구성된 수지 라이너와,상기 수지 라이너의 바깥 둘레에 배치된 보강층을 가지는 가스용기에 있어서,한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부와 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부가 접합된 접합부분은, 이들 접합부끼리를 레이저용착에 의하여 서로 접합한 레이저용착부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 접합부분은, 상기 레이저용착부와 일체적으로 또는 그 근방에 설치된 발열성재료를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접합부끼리는, 상기 수지 라이너의 둘레방향에 걸쳐 레이저용착에 의하여 서로 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,서로 접합되는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부는, 레이저 투과성을 가지고, 또한 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부는, 레이저 흡수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,서로 접합되는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재는, 레이저 투과성을 가지고, 또한 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재는, 레이저 흡수성의 부재를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서,상기 레이저 투과성을 가지는 접합부는, 상기 수지 라이너에서 바깥쪽에 위치하고, 또한 상기 레이저 흡수성을 가지는 접합부는, 상기 수지 라이너에서 안쪽에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 라이너 구성부재 중의 하나 이상은, 다른 라이너 구성부재와 접합되는 접합부와 반대측에, 상기 수지 라이너의 중공 내부와 외부를 연통하기 위한 연통부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,서로 접합되는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부는, 경사진 제 1 접합단면을 가지고, 또한 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부는, 상기 제 1의 접합단면에 대응하여 경사지는 제 2 접합단면으로서, 레이저용착에 의하여 상기 제 1 접합단면에 접합되는 제 2 접합단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스용기는, 고압의 가연가스를 저류 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수지 라이너 및 상기 보강층을 가지는 용기본체와,상기 용기본체의 한쪽 끝부에 설치된 꼭지쇠를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 하나 이상의 일부가 중공 원통형상의 라이너 구성부재를, 복수개 접합하여 구성되는 수지 라이너를 가지는 가스용기의 제조방법에 있어서,서로 접합되어야 하는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부를 레이저 투과성의 부재로 구성함과 동시에, 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부를 레이저 흡수성의 부재로 구성하는 제 1 공정과,상기 제 1 공정 후에, 서로 접합되어야 하는 라이너 구성부재의 접합부끼리를 접촉시키는 제 2 공정과,상기 제 2 공정 후에, 상기 레이저 투과성의 부재로 이루어지는 접합부측에서 레이저를 조사하여, 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 레이저용착에 의하여 서로 접합하는 제 3 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공정은, 상기 레이저 투과성의 접합부를, 상기 레이저 흡수성의 접합부에 대하여 바깥쪽에서 접촉시킴으로써 행하여지고,상기 제 3 공정은, 라이너 구성부재의 바깥쪽에 배치한 레이저 조사장치에 의하여 상기 레이저 투과성의 접합부측에서 레이저를 조사함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정은, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 내외에 압력차를 부여한 상태에서 레이저를 조사하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정에서의 상기 압력차의 부여는, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 내부의 압력 및 외부의 압력의 한쪽 이상을 조정함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정에서의 상기 압력차의 부여는, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 내부를 대략 밀폐상태로 하고, 그 대략 밀폐공간을 감압 또는 가압함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정에서의 상기 압력차의 부여는, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 한쪽 이상에 설치한 연통부를 거쳐, 상기 밀폐공간을 감압 또는 가압함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공정은, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부끼 리를 라이너 구성부재의 축방향으로 오버랩하여 배치하고, 또한 그 오버랩한 부위끼리를 접촉시킴으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 공정과 상기 제 3 공정의 사이에, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부끼리를 접촉시킨 상태에서 어닐링처리를 행하는 공정을 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정은, 서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재를 레이저 조사장치에 대하여 상대적으로 회전시키면서, 상기 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 라이너 구성부재의 둘레방향에 걸쳐 레이저용착함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정은, 저산소 분위기에서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 공정은, 서로 접합되어야 하는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재를 레이저 투과성의 부재로 구성함과 동시에, 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재를 레이저 흡수성의 부재로 구성함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정 후에, 레이저용착에 의하여 접합된 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 바깥 둘레면의 이음매가 면일해지도록 상기 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 한쪽 이상의 바깥 둘레면을 깎는 공정을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,서로 접합되어야 하는 2개의 라이너 구성부재의 한쪽 이상을 예비 가열하는 예비 가열공정을 더 구비하고,상기 제 3 공정은, 상기 예비 가열공정의 도중에 또는 상기 예비 가열공정 후에 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정은, 서로 접합되야 하는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부와, 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부의 한쪽 이상을 예비 가열함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정은, 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 예비 가열함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 26항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정은, 접촉상태의 라이너 구성부재끼리의 안쪽 및 바깥쪽의 한쪽 이상으로부터 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 가열함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 27항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정은, 열원을 가지는 예비 가열장치에 대하여, 접촉상태의 라이너 구성부재끼리를 상대적으로 회전시키면서, 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 둘레방향에 걸쳐 예비 가열함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서,상기 제 3 공정은, 레이저를 조사하는 레이저 조사장치에 대하여, 접촉상태의 라이너 구성부재끼리를 상대적으로 회전시키면서, 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 둘레방향에 걸쳐 예비 가열함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 29항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열장치는, 접촉상태의 라이너 구성부재끼리의 회전방향에서, 상기 레이저 조사장치의 상류측에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 24항 내지 제 30항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정을 실행하는 예비 가열장치는, 히터, 열풍장치, 고주파 유도 가열장치 및 레이저 조사장치의 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 24항 내지 제 31항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정에 앞서, 서로 접합되어야 하는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부와, 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부와의 한쪽 이상에 발열성재료를 설치하는 공정을 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 32항에 있어서,상기 발열성재료는, 세라믹스, 흑연, 수지 및 금속의 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 24항 내지 제 33항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 예비 가열공정은, 라이너 구성부재의 접합부의 수분을 측정하는 수분 측정장치의 측정결과에 따라, 예비 가열함으로써 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 34항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,서로 접합되는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부는, 경사진 제 1 접합단면을 가지고, 또한 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부는, 상기 제 1 접합단면에 대응하여 경사지는 제 2 접합단면으로서, 레이저용착에 의하여 상기 제 1 접합단면에 접합되는 제 2 접합단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가스용기는, 고압의 가연가스를 저류 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
- 하나 이상의 일부가 통형상의 라이너 구성부재를, 복수개 접합하여 구성된 수지 라이너와,상기 수지 라이너의 바깥 둘레에 배치된 보강층을 가지는 가스용기에 있어서,상기 복수의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부끼리는, 레이저용착에 의하여 서로 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기.
- 하나 이상의 일부가 통형상의 라이너 구성부재를, 복수개 접합하여 구성되는 수지 라이너를 가지는 가스용기의 제조방법에 있어서,서로 접합되어야 하는 한쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부를 레이저 투과성의 부재로 구성함과 동시에, 다른쪽의 라이너 구성부재의 접합부를 레이저 흡수성의 부재로 구성하는 제 1 공정과,상기 제 1 공정 후에, 서로 접합되어야 하는 라이너 구성부재의 접합부끼리를 접촉시키는 제 2 공정과,상기 제 2 공정 후에, 상기 레이저 투과성의 부재로 이루어지는 접합부측에서 레이저를 조사하여, 접촉상태의 접합부끼리를 레이저용착에 의하여 서로 접합하는 제 3 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용기의 제조방법.
