Claims (14)
- (a) 25℃에서 클로로포름 중 용액 점도(ISO 1628 - 제6부)가 55ml/g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 스티렌 및 말레산 무수물로 이루어지는 저분자량 (메트)아크릴레이트 (공)중합체 25 내지 75 중량%,(b) 가교결합된 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 기재 내충격 개질제 7 내지 60 중량%, 및(c) 25℃에서 클로로포름 중 용액 점도(ISO 1628 - 제6부)가 65ml/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 비교적 고분자량 (메트)아크릴레이트 (공)중합체 10 내지 50 중량% 및/또는(d) 25℃에서 클로로포름 중 용액 점도(ISO 1628 - 제6부)가 50 내지 55 ml/g 인 것을 특징으로 하는, (a)가 아닌 추가의 비교적 고분자량 (메트)아크릴레이트 (공)중합체 10 내지 50 중량%를 포함하며,여기서, 각각의 성분 (a), (b), 및 (c) 및/또는 (d)가 각각 개별 중합체 또는 중합체의 혼합물로 처리될 수 있고, 성분 (a), (b), 및 (c) 및/또는 (d)의 총량이 100 중량%이고, 상기 중합체 혼합물이 또한 통상적인 첨가제, 보조제 및/또는 충전제를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 중합체 혼합물로부터 제조된 시험편이,- 2,500 MPa 이상의 인장 모듈러스 (ISO 527),- 110℃ 이상의 비캣(Vicat) 연화점 (VSP, ISO 306-B50),- 30 kJ/m2 이상의 내충격성(ISO 179-2D, 모서리 방향), 및- 1.0 cm3/10분 이상의 용융 지수(MVR, ISO 1133, 230℃/3.8kg)의 특성을 동시에 갖는 것인 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)가 메틸 메타크릴레이트 50 중량% 내지 90 중량%, 스티렌 10 중량% 내지 20 중량%, 및 말레산 무수물 5 중량% 내지 15 중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (b)가 코어/쉘/쉘 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 코어, 제1 쉘 및 제2 쉘을 가지며, 여기서,- 코어가 그의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, (메트)아크릴레이트 반복 단위 75.0 중량% 이상을 포함하고,- 제1 쉘의 유리 전이 온도가 30℃ 미만이고,- 제2 쉘이 그의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, (메트)아크릴레이트 반복 단위 75.0 중량% 이상을 포함하고,- 제1 쉘이 그의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, E) (메트)아크릴레이트 반복 단위 92.0 내지 98.0 중량%, 및 F) 하기 화학식 (I)의 스티렌계 반복 단위 2.0 내지 8.0 중량% (여기서, E) 및 F)의 총 중량%는 100 중량%임)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고,<화학식 I>(상기 식에서, 각각의 라디칼 R1 내지 R5는 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-6-알킬기 또는 C2 -6-알케닐기이고, 라디칼 R6는 수소 또는 탄소 원자수가 1 내지 6개인 알킬기임)- 제2 쉘을 포함하는 코어-쉘 입자의 반경이 코울터(Coulter)법으로 측정하는 경우 160.0 내지 250.0 nm 인, 제1항에 따른 코어-쉘 입자.
- 각각의 경우, 그들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 코어가 5.0 내지 50.0 중량%를 구성하고, 제1 쉘이 20.0 내지 75.0 중량%를 구성하고, 제2 쉘이 0.0 내지 50.0 중량%를 구성하는(여기서, 총 중량%는 100.0 중량%임) 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 코어-쉘 입자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (c)가 메틸 메타크릴레이 트, 스티렌 및 말레산 무수물로 이루어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 성분 (c)가 메틸 메타크릴레이트 50 중량% 내지 90 중량%, 스티렌 10 중량% 내지 20 중량%, 및 말레산 무수물 5 중량% 내지 15 중량%로 이루어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (d)가 메틸 메타크릴레이트 80 중량% 이상, 및 적절한 경우, 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합 가능한 다른 단량체 20 중량% 이하로 이루어지는 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (d)가 메틸 메타크릴레이트 95 중량% 내지 99.5 중량% 및 메틸 아크릴레이트 0.5 중량% 내지 5 중량%로 이루어지는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 윤활제가 보조제로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 스테아릴 알코올이 금형-이형제로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 혼합물로 이루어진 사출 성형물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 중합체 혼합물의, 하기 특성을 갖는 사출 성형물을 제조하기 위한 용도.I. 2,500 MPa 이상의 인장 모듈러스 (ISO 527),II. 110℃ 이상의 비캣(Vicat) 연화점 (VSP, ISO 306-B50),III. 30 kJ/m2 이상의 내충격성(ISO 179-2D, 평면 방향), 및IV. 1.0 cm3/10분 이상의 용융 지수(MVR, ISO 1133, 230℃/3.8kg)
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 따른 사출 성형물의, 가정용 장치, 통신용 장치, 취미용 장치 또는 스포츠용 장치의 부품, 또는 자동차, 선박 또는 항공기를 구성하는 차체 부품 또는 차체 부품의 일부로서의 용도.
