Claims (26)
- 형광체를 포함하여 적어도 하나 이상의 파장을 갖는 광원으로부터 발광된 빛의 일부분을 흡수하여 상기 발광된 빛의 파장과는 다른 파장의 빛을 발광하고 상기 광원에서 발광된 빛의 나머지 부분을 투과하도록 하는 광여기 시트를 있어서,상기 광여기 시트는 적어도 일면에 다른 시트와의 접촉면을 최소화하기 위한 얼룩 방지층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광여기 시트는 적어도 다른 일면에 다른 시트와의 접촉면을 최소화하기 위한 굴곡면을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 형광체를 포함하여 적어도 하나 이상의 파장을 갖는 광원으로부터 발광된 빛의 일부분을 흡수하여 상기 발광된 빛의 파장과는 다른 파장의 빛을 발광하고 상기 광원에서 발광된 빛의 나머지 부분을 투과하도록 하는 광여기 시트를 있어서,상기 광여기 시트는 적어도 일면에 다른 시트와의 접촉면을 최소화하기 위한 굴곡면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광여기 시트는 적어도 다른 일면에 다른 시트와의 접촉면을 최소화하기 위한 얼룩 방지층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 얼룩 방지층은 상기 다른 시트와의 접촉면을 최소화기 위한 간격을 형성하는 얼룩방지 비드와 상기 얼룩방지 비드를 상기 광여기 시트에 결합하게 하는 얼룩방지 접착층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 얼룩방지 비드는 지름이 3~30 ㎛ 범위내인 구형이며 투명의 무기물 또는 고분자수지 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 얼룩방지 비드는 SiO2와 TiO2 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 얼룩방지 비드는 폴리메틸아크레이트(PMMA : PolyMethyl MethAcrylate), 폴리스티렌(PS : PolyStyrene) 및 폴리카보네이트(PC : PolyCarbonate) 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 얼룩방지 접착층의 재질은 플라스틱 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 상기 얼룩방지 접착층의 재질은 폴리에스터(polyester), 아크릴(acrylic), 에폭시(epoxy) 및 실리콘(silicon) 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 광여기 시트는 빛을 확산하는 광확산제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광확산제의 재질은 고분자 화합물 또는 무기 화합물 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광확산제의 재질은 아크릴수지, 스틸렌수지 및 실리콘수지 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광확산제의 재질은 합성실리카, 글래스비드 및 다이아몬드 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광확산제의 재질은 산화실리콘(SiO2), 산화티타늄(TiO2), 산화아연(ZnO), 황산바륨(BASO4), 탄산칼슘(CaSO4), 탄산마그네슘(MgCO3) 및 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3) 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광확산제는 지름이 3 ~ 20㎛ 범위내인 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 광확산제의 농도는 1 ~ 15% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 형광체는 가넷계(Gd) 물질에 Y3Al5O12 (YAG)에 세륨(cerium)을 도핑(doping)한 형광체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 형광체는 황색 형광체, 적색 형광체 및 녹색 형광체 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 황색 형광체는 YAG, TAG계(Tb3Al5O12) 및 Silicate계(Sr2SiO4:Eu) 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 적색 형광체는 CaS:Eu, SrS:Eu 및 SrB4O7:Sm 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 녹색 형광체는 SrGa2S4:Eu인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 형광체는 크기가 5 ~ 30㎛ 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 광여기 시트의 모체는 실리콘 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 실리콘 수지는 광투과도가 85% 이상이고 점도가 3000cps 이상이며 150℃ 이하에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 광여기 시트는 광원으로부터 입사된 빛을 특정 방향으로 유도하는 도광시트에 스크린 인쇄 방법에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광여기 시트.
