Description
Claims (6)
- 미립자를 포함하는 오염액을 여과하기 위한 여과 장치에 있어서,상기 오염액이 도입되는 여과조(11)와,자성 재료로 이루어지는 다수의 구형의 금속구(35)를 집합시켜 이루어지며, 각 금속구(35)가 서로 움직일 수 있는 상태에서 상기 여과조(11)의 내부에 수용된 자성구 여과재(33)와,상기 자성구 여과재(33)에 대하여 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치로 상대 이동 가능하고, 상기 제 1 위치에 있어서 상기 금속구(35)에 자계를 부여함으로써 상기 각 금속구(35)끼리를 자기적으로 흡착시켜 서로 고정하고, 상기 제 2 위치에 있어서 상기 각 금속구(35)끼리의 자기적인 흡착을 해제하는 자석(45)과,상기 자석(45)을 상기 제 1 위치와 상기 제 2 위치로 상대 이동시키기 위한 보유 유지 수단(50)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는여과 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자성구 여과재(33)를 구성하는 상기 금속구(35)는, 표면이 평활한 스틸 볼이며, 또한 이들 스틸 볼의 지름이 서로 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는여과 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 자성구 여과재(33)를 구성하는 상기 금속구(35)는, 표면이 평활한 스틸 볼이며, 또한 서로 지름이 다른 복수 종류의 스틸 볼이 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는여과 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 금속구(35)는 파형으로 형성된 메쉬 부재로 이루어지는 구획판(30, 31)에 의해 둘러싸이는 여과재 수용부(32)에 수용되고, 상기 메쉬 부재의 구멍 지름이 상기 스틸 볼의 지름보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는여과 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 금속구(35)는 파형으로 형성된 메쉬 부재로 이루어지는 구획판(30, 31)에 의해 둘러싸이는 여과재 수용부(32)에 수용되고, 상기 메쉬 부재의 구멍 지름이 상기 스틸 볼의 지름보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 여과조(11)는 상기 자성구 여과재(33)의 아래쪽에 형성되어 상기 오염 액을 도입하는 오염실(15)과, 상기 자성구 여과재(33)의 위쪽에 형성되어 상기 자성구 여과재(33)를 통해 여과된 클린액을 수용하는 클린실(16)을 갖고, 상기 자성구 여과재(33)의 세정시에 상기 클린실(16) 내의 클린액을 상기 자성구 여과재(33)를 지나 상기 오염실(15)로 낙하시킴으로써, 상기 금속구에 부착되어 있는 미립자를 씻어내는 것을 특징으로 하는여과 장치.
