Description
特許文献1のフィルタ装置は、濾材として切り屑を用いるため、濾過精度のばらつきが大きい。しかも濾材に用いる切り屑の表面状態がきわめて荒いため、濾過能力が低下したときに、濾過能力を回復させるために濾材を洗浄することが困難である。このため濾材の切り屑を頻繁に交換する必要があるという問題がある。
図1に示された濾過装置10は、濾過槽11と、濾材ユニット12と、磁石ユニット13とを備えている。濾過槽11の材料は鉄系などの磁性材料である。濾過槽11の上部にカバー筐体14が設けられている。濾過槽11の内部に、ダーティ室15と、クリーン室16とが形成されている。
図3は、濾材ユニット12を拡大して示す断面図である。この濾材ユニット12は、以下に説明する濾材収容ケース30と、濾材収容ケース30の内部に収容された多数の磁性粒濾材31とを有している。

Claims (2)
- 磁性材料からなり、除去すべき微粒子を含むダーティ液が導入される濾過槽と、
前記濾過槽の内部に水平方向に間隔をあけて配置され、それぞれ第1の位置と第2の位置とに移動可能な第1および第2の磁石と、
前記第1の位置に移動した前記第1および第2の磁石間に互いに水平方向に隣り合って配置され、それぞれ、磁性材料からなる多数の磁性粒濾材と、該磁性粒濾材を支持しかつ前記ダーティ液を通すことのできる多数の流通孔を有する非磁性材料からなる非磁性メッシュ部材とを備えた第1および第2の濾材ユニットと、
前記第1の位置に移動した前記第1の磁石と前記濾過槽の一方の側壁との間に配置され、磁性材料からなる多数の磁性粒濾材と、該磁性粒濾材を支持しかつ前記ダーティ液を通すことのできる多数の流通孔を有する非磁性材料からなる非磁性メッシュ部材とを備えた第3の濾材ユニットと、
前記第1の位置に移動した前記第2の磁石と前記濾過槽の他方の側壁との間に配置され、磁性材料からなる多数の磁性粒濾材と、該磁性粒濾材を支持しかつ前記ダーティ液を通すことのできる多数の流通孔を有する非磁性材料からなる非磁性メッシュ部材とを備えた第4の濾材ユニットと、
前記第1の濾材ユニットの前記非磁性メッシュ部材と前記第2の濾材ユニットの前記非磁性メッシュ部材との間に設けられた磁性材料からなる磁力増強プレートと、
前記第3の濾材ユニットの前記非磁性メッシュ部材と前記濾過槽の一方の側壁との間に設けられた磁性材料からなる磁力増強プレートと、
前記第4の濾材ユニットの前記非磁性メッシュ部材と前記濾過槽の他方の側壁との間に設けられた磁性材料からなる磁力増強プレートと、
を具備したことを特徴とする濾過装置。 - 前記各非磁性メッシュ部材は、それぞれ、平坦な形状のステンレス鋼からなるプレートに前記磁性粒濾材の直径よりも開口幅が小さい多数の流通孔を形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
