Claims (4)
- 제거해야 할 미립자를 포함하는 더티액이 도입되는 여과조(11)와,상기 여과조(11)의 내부에 수용되는 여과재 유닛(12)과,상기 여과재 유닛(12)에 자계를 부여하는 자석(19)을 갖는 여과 장치(10)에 있어서,상기 여과재 유닛(12)은, 여과재 수용 케이스(30)와, 상기 여과재 수용 케이스(30)의 내부에 수용된 자성 재료로 이루어지는 다수의 자성 입자 여과재(31)를 갖고,상기 자석(19)은, 상기 여과재 유닛(12)에 대해 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치로 상대 이동 가능하고, 상기 제 1 위치에서 상기 자성 입자 여과재(31)에 자계를 부여함으로써 상기 자성 입자 여과재(31)끼리를 자기적으로 흡착시켜 서로 고정하고, 상기 제 2 위치에서 상기 자성 입자 여과재(31)끼리의 자기적인 흡착을 해제하며,상기 여과재 수용 케이스(30)는,상기 자성 입자 여과재(31)를 지지하고, 또한 상기 더티액을 통과시킬 수 있는 다수의 유통 구멍(35a, 36a)을 갖는 비자성 재료로 이루어지는 비자성 메시 부재(35, 36)와,자성 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 비자성 메시 부재의 단부에 마련된 자력 증강 플레이트(40)를 갖고,상기 자석(19)이 상기 제 1 위치에 있을 때, 상기 자석(19)에 대해 상기 자 력 증강 플레이트(40)가 수평 방향으로 대향함으로써, 상기 자석(19)과 상기 자력 증강 플레이트(40) 사이에 상기 비자성 메시 부재(35, 36)와 상기 자성 입자 여과재(31)가 위치하는여과 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비자성 메시 부재(35, 36)가 평탄한 형상의 스테인리스강제의 플레이트로 이루어지고, 이 플레이트에 상기 자성 입자 여과재(31)의 직경보다도 개구 폭이 작은 다수의 유통 구멍(35a, 36a)이 형성되어 있는여과 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 여과조(11)의 내부에 제 1 자석(19a)과 제 2 자석(19b)이 수평 방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되고,상기 제 1 자석(19a)과 제 2 자석(19b) 사이에 제 1 여과재 유닛(12a)과 제 2 여과재 유닛(12b)이 서로 수평 방향으로 이웃하여 배치되고, 제 1 여과재 유닛(12a)의 자력 증강 플레이트(40)와 제 2 여과재 유닛(12b)의 자력 증강 플레이트(40)가 서로 자기적으로 접속되어 있는여과 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 자석(19a)과 상기 여과조(11)의 일방의 측벽(11a) 사이에 제 3 여과재 유닛(12c)이 배치되고, 상기 제 3 여과재 유닛(12c)의 자력 증강 플레이트(40)가 상기 일방의 측벽(11a)에 자기적으로 접속되고, 또한, 상기 제 2 자석(19b)과 상기 여과조(11)의 타방의 측벽(11b) 사이에 제 4 여과재 유닛(12d)이 배치되고, 상기 제 4 여과재 유닛(12d)의 자력 증강 플레이트(40)가 상기 타방의 측벽(11b)에 자기적으로 접속되어 있는여과 장치.
