Description
Claims (11)
- 하나 이상의 에틸렌 중합체 또는 공중합체로 이루어지는 접착제 조성물로서, 상기 조성물이 하나 이상의 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르 유형 공단량체 및 하나 이상의 관능성 공단량체를 함유하고, 넓은 온도 범위에 걸쳐, 지지체 상으로의 적용을 위한 압출-코팅 공정, 또는 동일하거나 또는 상이한 성질을 갖는 다수의 지지체를 함께 결합시키는 압출-적층화 공정에 사용될 수 있고, 상기 조성물에서 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르 유형 공단량체의 함량은 5 중량% 를 초과하고, 관능성 공단량체가 산, 무수물 또는 에폭사이드기 형태의 하나 이상의 반응성 관능기로 이루어지고, 그 함량이 조성물의 1 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응성 관능기(들) 의 함량이 상기 조성물의 0.05 % 내지0.9 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 카르복실산 에스테르 유형 공단량체가 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트로부터 선택되고, 알킬기가 1 내지 24 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관능성 공단량체가 불포화 카르복실산 무수물로부터 선택되고, 특히 말레산 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 접 착제 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 말레산 무수물의 함량이 조성물의 0.15 % 내지 0.6 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 유형 공단량체의 함량이 조성물의 6 내지 40 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 유형 공단량체의 함량이 조성물의 10 내지 25 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 지지체 상으로의 적용을 위해 압출-코팅 공정에 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착제 조성물을 이용함으로써 수득되는 다층 구조물로서, 상기 지지체가 알루미늄, 종이 또는 보드, 셀로판, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 (PVC), 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 (PVDC) 또는 폴리아크릴로니트릴 (PAN) 수지 기재의, 배향되거나 또는 배향되지 않은, 금속화되거나 또는 금속화되지 않은, 물리적 또는 화학적 수단에 의해 처리되거나 또는 처리되지 않은 필름, 및 폴리에스테르 (PET SiOx 또는 AlOx) 와 같이 얇은 무기 장벽층으로 코팅된 필름으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조물.
- 동일하거나 또는 상이한 성질을 갖는 다수의 지지체를 함께 결합하기 위해 압출-적층화 공정에 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착제 조성물을 이용함으로써 수득되는 다층 구조물로서, 이들 지지체가 알루미늄, 종이 또는 보드, 셀로판, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐 클로라이드 (PVC), 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 (PVDC) 또는 폴리아크릴로니트릴 (PAN) 수지 기재의, 배향되거나 또는 배향되지 않은, 금속화되거나 또는 금속화되지 않은, 물리적 또는 화학적 수단에 의해 처리되거나 또는 처리되지 않은 필름, 및 폴리에스테르 (PET SiOx 또는 AlOx) 와 같이 얇은 무기 장벽층으로 코팅된 필름으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조물.
- 모든 공단량체의 단일 단계 고압 라디칼 중합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 고압 라디칼 중합에 의해 수득되는 두 가지 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체가 용융-블렌딩되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 두 가지 이상의 에틸렌 공중합체 중 하나는 적어도 관능성 공단량체를 함유하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
