Claims (3)
- 차량의 운동에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하여 회생제동으로 차량을 제동하는 전기모터와, 브레이크 오일을 저장하는 레저버와, 마스터실린더와, 각 휠 실린더의 입구에 마련된 노멀오픈형의 입구밸브와 출구에 마련된 노멀클로즈형의 출구밸브와, 유압을 펌핑하여 각 휠 실린더 측으로 제공하는 복수의 유압펌프와, 상기 복수의 유압펌프를 작동시키는 모터와, 상기 레저버와 상기 유압펌프의 흡입측을 연결하는 유압라인에 마련된 개폐밸브를 구비하고, 운전자가 요구한 제동량에서 상기 전기모터에 의해 발전된 양에 해당하는 회생제동량을 뺀 나머지를 제동량을 생성시켜 제동하는 차량의 회생제동방법에 있어서,회생제동시, 마스터실린더의 압력과 휠 압력사이의 차압을 이용하여 구동륜의 입구밸브 제어를 통하여 운전자의 페달감을 구현하고, 구동륜의 출구밸브 제어를 통하여 휠 압력을 목표압력에 추종시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터가 장착된 차량의 회생제동방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회생제동초기에는 상기 전기모터에 의한 회생제동량에 해당하는 유량을 비구동륜의 출구밸브를 열어 외부로 배출시키고, 회생 제동량의 증가시에는 구동륜의 출구밸브 제어를 통하여 전체 운전자 요구 제동력을 만족시키고, 회생 제동량의 감소시에는 운전자의 의지를 만족시키기 위하여 휠 압력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터가 장착된 차량의 회생제동방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 브레이크유압의 상승이 필요한 경우, 필요유량을 상기 레저버와 유압펌프사이의 유압라인에 마련된 상기 개폐밸브를 열고 상기 모터를 구동하여 레저버로부터 직접 펌핑해오는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기모터가 장착된 차량의 회생제동방법.
