Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 신체조직내로 삽입되는 제1전극과 제2전극을 구비하고, 상기 제1전극의 말단에 형성된 제1전극팁과 상기 제2전극의 말단에 형성된 제2전극팁이 소정의 간격을 두고 결합된 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체에 있어서,상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 단부에는 코일 스프링이 결합되어 있고,상기 코일 스프링은 자유상태에서 단부가 구부려진 형태이며 상기 제1전극과 제2전극중의 적어도 하나를 잡아 당김에 의해 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1전극은 상기 제1전극팁과 제1전극선으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1전극선은 상기 제1전극팁에 연결되며 상기 코일 스프링의 내부에 삽입된 강선형태이고,상기 제2전극은 상기 제2전극팁과 제2전극선으로 이루어지고, 상기 제2전극선은 상기 코일 스프링의 일단이 상기 제2전극팁에 연결되어 형성된 코일 스프링 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1전극팁과 상기 제2전극팁은 절연된 분리부재에 의해 결합되어 전극팁체를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파 수 전극체.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제2전극팁은 그 일단은 상기 분리부재에 끼워져 고정되고 그 타단은 상기 코일 스프링형태의 제2전극선에 이어진 권선밀착 코일스프링으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 코일 스프링의 타단은 금속튜브의 일단에 용착되어 제2전극선을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1전극은 상기 제1전극팁과 제1전극선으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1전극선은 상기 제1전극팁에 연결되며 상기 코일 스프링의 내부에 삽입된 강선형태이고,상기 제2전극은 상기 제2전극팁과 제2전극선으로 이루어지고, 상기 제2전극선은 상기 제2전극팁에 연결되고 상기 코일 스프링의 내부에 삽입되며 상기 제1전극선과 나란히 배치된 강선형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 제1전극팁과 상기 제2전극팁은 절연된 분리부재에 의해 결합되어 전극팁체를 이루고,상기 코일 스프링의 일단은 상기 전극팁체에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 전극팁체에는 상기 코일 스프링이 결합되는 코일 스프링 결합부가 돌출형성되고,상기 코일 스프링의 일단은 상기 코일 스프링 결합부에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 코일 스프링의 타단은 금속튜브의 일단에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코일 스프링은 금속으로 제조되어 있는 것을 특징을 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신체조직은 암조 직, 종양조직, 혈관의 내부 조직, 섬유종 조직 , 땀샘, 요도 협착부 조직, 관절의 연골 협착부 조직 및 위장, 소장 또는 대장의 내부조직 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직의 선택적 제거를 위한 방사주파수 전극체.
