Claims (8)
- 소정 피치를 가진 줄무늬 패턴을 지닌 곡면형상의 반사식 스케일;상기 반사식 스케일을 발산 광속으로 조사하는 광원; 및소정의 피치로 배치되고 상기 반사식 스케일에 의해 반사된 광속을 수광하는 복수의 수광소자를 포함하고,상기 반사식 스케일과 상기 광원 간의 거리는 상기 반사식 스케일과 상기 수광소자의 수광면 간의 거리와 실질적으로 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반사식 스케일의 피치는 해당 반사식 스케일의 곡률반경에 따라 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반사식 스케일의 곡률 중심은 상기 광원 및 상기 수광소자와 동일한 쪽에 놓여 있을 때는, 상기 수광소자의 피치(P)와 상기 반사식 스케일의 피치(Ps)는 이하의 관계:P < 2 × Ps를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반사식 스케일의 곡률 중심은 상기 광원 및 상기 수 광소자의 반대쪽에 놓여 있을 때는, 상기 수광소자의 피치(P)와 상기 반사식 스케일의 피치(Ps)는 이하의 관계:P > 2 × Ps를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 인코더.
- 소정 피치를 가진 줄무늬 패턴을 지닌 곡면형상의 반사식 스케일;상기 반사식 스케일을 발산 광속으로 조사하는 광원; 및소정의 피치로 배치되고 상기 반사식 스케일에 의해 반사된 광속을 수광하는 복수의 수광소자를 포함하고,상기 반사식 스케일의 피치는 이하의 식 f[x,y]의 값이 최소로 되는 x 좌표에 의거해서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학식 로터리 인코더:(식 중,x, y, z: 반사식 스케일의 반사면 상의 좌표;R: 반사식 스케일의 반경;G: 광원과 반사식 스케일의 반사면 간의 거리;Ds: 발광부의 중심과 수광부의 중심 간의 거리; 및P: 수광소자의 피치임).
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 반사식 스케일은 가요성 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인코더.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 광원은 반도체 레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 인코더.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 의한 인코더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기기.
