Claims (12)
- 다수개의 단위 전지와 전지 격벽이 교대로 적층배열되는 전지 집합체와,상기 전지 집합체의 최 외측에 위치하여 상기 전지 집합체를 고정하는 앤드플레이트,상기 앤드플레이트와 전지 집합체의 외측면을 감는 적어도 하나 이상의 고정체,상기 고정체의 양단을 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고정체는 두께에 대해 폭이 상대적으로 넓은 형태의 밴드로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 전지 집합체를 감는 고정체의 양 선단에 설치되고 각각 왼나사와 오른나사가 형성된 왼나사부재와 오른나사부재, 상기 각 나사부재가 양단에 나사결합되는 턴버클을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 밴드의 선단에 연결부재가 부착 설치되고 상기 연결부재의 외측 중앙에 각 나사부재가 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 고정체의 양 선단에 설치되고 상호 맞물리도록 형성되는 요부와 철부, 상기 요부와 철부에 상호 관통가능하게 형성되는 홀, 상기 홀에 끼워져 요부와 철부를 결합시키는 핀을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 밴드의 선단에 연결부재가 부착 설치되고 상기 연결부재의 외측에 상기 요부와 철부가 일체로 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 상기 고정체의 양 선단에 서로 대향배치되어 걸리도록 된 걸쇠를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 앤드플레이트는 외측면에 상기 연결부가 놓여지는 홈이 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항 또는 제8 항에 있어서,상기 앤드플레이트는 상기 고정체와 접하는 부위에 고정체가 안착되는 안착홈이 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 앤드플레이트는 상기 고정체가 감겨지는 방향을 따라 외측면이 호형태로 만곡형성된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제10 항에 있어서, 상기 앤드플레이트는 외측 선단에서 중앙으로 갈수록 두께가 커지는 구조의 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 모듈은 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
