Description
まず、図1〜図6を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる電池モジュールの構成について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる電池モジュール10を示す分解斜視図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態にかかる電池モジュール10は、大容量の電池モジュールであって、一定の間隔で離隔して連続配置される複数の単位電池11を含む。
次に、図6〜図7を参照して、本発明の第2の実施形態にかかる電池モジュールの構成について説明する。図6は、本実施形態にかかる電池モジュールのバンド及び締結部を示す斜視図であり、図7は、本実施形態にかかる電池モジュールの結合状態を示す斜視図である。なお、本実施形態の構成要素のうち、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素についての説明は、省略し、ここでは、締結部について詳細に説明する。
次に、図8〜図9を参照して、本発明の第3の実施形態にかかる電池モジュールの構成について説明する。図8は、本実施形態にかかる電池モジュールのバンド及び締結部を示す斜視図であり、図9は、本実施形態にかかる電池モジュールの結合状態を示す斜視図である。なお、本実施形態の構成要素のうち、第1の実施形態と同様の構成要素についての説明は、省略し、ここでは、締結部について詳細に説明する。

Claims (8)
- 単位電池と電池隔壁とが交互に複数積層配列される電池集合体と;
前記電池集合体の最も外側に配置されるエンドプレートと;
前記エンドプレートと前記電池集合体との外側面を共に囲んで、前記電池集合体及び前記エンドプレートを密着させて固定する、少なくとも1つ以上の固定体と;
を含み、
前記固定体は、厚さに対して幅が相対的に広いバンド形態に構成され、
前記固定体の両端を連結する締結部をさらに含み、
前記エンドプレートの外側面には、前記締結部の少なくとも一部を収容する溝が形成され、
前記エンドプレートは、前記固定体と接する部位に、前記固定体の少なくとも一部を収容する収容溝が形成され、
前記収容溝の深さは、前記固定体の厚さに対応し、
前記エンドプレートは、外側一端から中央に向かうほど厚さが大きくなる構造からなることを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 前記締結部は、
前記固定体の両端に各々設置される、表面に左ねじが形成される左ねじ部材及び表面に右ねじが形成される右ねじ部材と;
一端に前記左ねじ部材がねじ結合され、他端に前記右ねじ部材がねじ結合されるターンバックルと;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記締結部は、前記固定体の両端に各々設置される連結部材をさらに含み、
前記左ねじ部材及び前記右ねじ部材のそれぞれは、前記各連結部材の外側に設置され、互いに対向することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記締結部は、
前記固定体の両端に各々設置されて、互いにかみ合わさるように形成されるメス部材及びオス部材と;
前記メス部材及び前記オス部材を貫くホールに嵌合されて、前記メス部材及び前記オス部材を結合させるピンと;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記締結部は、前記固定体の両端に各々設置される連結部材をさらに含み、
前記メス部材及びオス部材のそれぞれは、前記各連結部材の外側に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記締結部は、前記固定体の両端にそれぞれ配置され、互いに対向し引っかけられる一対のラッチを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記エンドプレートは、前記固定体が巻かれる方向に沿って外側面が弧形態に湾曲形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールは、モータ駆動用として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電池モジュール。
