Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 외측으로 돌출되는 전극단자를 포함하는 다수 개의 단위 전지; 및상기 전극단자에 설치되어 이웃하는 단위전지들을 전기적으로 연결하는 연결부재;를 포함하며,상기 연결부재는 탄성이 우수한 탄성부를 구비하여, 전극단자의 크기에 따라 형태가 탄성적으로 변형되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 연결부재는 상기 전극단자에 밀착되는 소켓부, 상기 소켓부를 지지하는 탄성부, 상기 소켓부들을 전기적으로 연결하는 도전체를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 소켓부는 전극단자의 크기에 따라 곡률이 탄성 변형되는 얇은 금속판으로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 소켓부는 복수 개로 분리되어 전극단자의 둘레에 밀착되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 소켓부는 하나 이상의 판형부재로 이루어지고, 상기 판형부재는 전극단자에 밀착되는 곡면부와 상기 곡면부의 양측단에 형성되는 평면부를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 소켓부는, 나사가공된 전극단자와 결합될 수 있도록 내측면에 나사산이 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 연결부재는 상기 전극단자를 삽입하는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 하우징 내부에 상기 소켓부가 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 스프링으로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 상기 평면부에 부착되어 상기 판형 부재를 잡아당기는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 상기 하우징과 소켓부 사이에 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄성부재는 탄성 밴드로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 밴드는 상기 소켓부의 외측면을 감싸는 구조로 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 연결부재는 상기 소켓부가 상기 전극단자를 용이하게 삽입할 수 있도록 상기 소켓부의 하단에 설치되는 안내부재를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 안내부재는 하단이 상기 하우징에 부착되고 상단은 상기 소켓부에 부착되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 안내부재는 상기 소켓부의 유동에 따라 형태가 변하도록 탄성이 우수한 소재로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 도전체는 전선으로 이루어진 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지 모듈은 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
