Abstract

Claims (18)
- 電極端子を含む単位電池と、
前記単位電池の各電極端子に連結されていて、前記単位電池を電気的に連結する連結具と、を含み、
前記連結具は、前記電極端子に弾性的に結合されるクリップを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記連結具は、前記クリップを一対含み、前記一対のクリップは、導電体で互いに電気的に連結されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結具は、前記電極端子に密着するソケット部と、前記ソケット部に連結されていて、前記ソケット部に弾性力を付加する弾性部材と、を含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ソケット部は、前記電極端子の外形に対応する形状に形成された少なくとも一つのカバーを含む、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーは、金属薄板からなる、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーは、前記電極端子の外形に対応する形状の曲面部と、前記曲面部の両先端に形成された平面部と、を含む、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記カバーの内周面に、ねじ山が形成されている、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結具は、前記クリップを囲むハウジングをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、スプリングからなる、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、引張スプリング、圧縮スプリング、及び弾性バンドのうちのいずれか一つから選択される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記両平面部に、前記カバーに弾性力を付加する弾性部材が連結設置されている、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジング及び前記クリップの間に、弾性部材が設置されている、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記弾性部材は、弾性バンドからなり、前記弾性バンドは、前記ソケット部の外側面に設置されている、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結具は、前記クリップの前記電極端子の挿入方向に配置された案内部材をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記案内部材は、前記クリップ及び前記ハウジングの先端に連結設置されている、請求項14に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記案内部材は、弾性体からなる、請求項14に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記案内部材は、バンド形状に形成されている、請求項14に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記導電体は、電線からなる、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
