Description
Claims (18)
- 다수개의 단위 전지가 적층배열되는 전지 집합체와, 상기 전지 집합체의 최 외측에 위치하는 한 쌍의 앤드플레이트와, 상기 앤드플레이트를 관통하여 앤드플레이트를 체결하는 다수의 연결로드를 포함하며,상기 연결로드는 적어도 일측 선단에 설치되어 앤드플레이트에 걸리는 머리부를 구비하고, 상기 머리부는 연결로드에 볼조인트로 결합되어 유동되는 구조의 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 앤드플레이트는 서로 대향되는 양측단에 상기 연결로드가 관통되는 체결부재가 돌출 형성되고, 상기 체결부재 전면에 상기 연결로드가 관통되는 홀이 형성된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 양 선단에 머리부가 설치되는 구조의 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 일측 선단에 머리부가 설치되고, 타측 선단은 나사산이 형성되어 너트가 체결되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 선단에 내측으로 구형 홈이 형성되고 상기 머리부의 선단에는 상기 홈에 삽입되는 볼이 형성되어 상호 볼조인트되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 머리부는 선단에 내측으로 구형 홈이 형성되고, 상기 연결로드는 선단에 상기 홈에 삽입되는 볼이 형성되어 상호 볼조인트되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 머리부는 앤드플레이트쪽 면이 경사져 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 단위 전지는 각형의 이차 전지인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 단위 전지 사이에 전지격벽이 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지 모듈은 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 길이방향으로 연장되어 앤드플레이트에 형성된 홀에 관통되는 로드부와,상기 로드부의 적어도 일측 선단에 설치되어 상기 로드부에 대해 볼조인트결합되어 자유롭게 유동되고, 상기 앤드플레이트의 홀 외측에 걸리도록 된 머리부를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 고정용 연결로드.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 양 선단에 머리부가 설치되는 구조의 이차 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 고정용 연결로드.
- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 일측 선단에 머리부가 설치되고, 타측 선단은 나사산이 형성되어 너트가 체결되는 이차 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 고정용 연결로드.

- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 선단에 내측으로 구형 홈이 형성되고 상기 머리부의 선단에는 상기 홈에 삽입되는 볼이 형성되어 상호 볼조인트되는 이차 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 고정용 연결로드.

- 제12 항에 있어서,상기 머리부는 상기 로드부쪽 면이 경사져 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈의 단위 전지 고정용 연결로드.
