Claims (7)
- 안테나 코일이 형성된 유연성이 있는 시트에 전자 부품을 실장하여 이루어지는 전자 부품 지지 필름이, 일방향으로 거의 등간격으로 구분되어 있음과 함께, 그 구분 단위로 폴딩하여 적층 일체화하여 이루어지는 적층체를 구비한 박형 IC 태그에 있어서,상기 전자 부품은, 회로 보드상에 실장되어 전자 부품 모듈로서 상기 전자 부품 지지 필름에 구비되어 있고,상기 전자 부품 지지 필름의 각 단위 구획의 적어도 편면에는, 폴딩한 때에 서로 와심이 정합하도록 하여, 와선형상 도체 패턴이 형성되어 있고,상기 각 단위 구획의 와선형상 도체 패턴은, 폴딩한 때에 동일 감는 방향으로 전류가 흐르도록, 소정의 접속부를 통하여 서로 직렬 접속되어 상기 안테나 코일을 구성하고 있고,상기 각 단위 구획의 와선형상 도체 패턴에서의 단부중, 상기 소정의 접속부와 접하지 않는 측의 단부에는 단자 패드가 형성되어 있고,상기 폴딩한 때에 서로의 와심이 정합하도록 형성된 와선형상 도체 패턴에서의 단자 패드 끼리가, 상기 전자 부품 모듈을 통하여 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전자 부품 모듈은, 상기 폴딩한 때에 서로의 와심이 정합하도록 형성된 와선형상 도체 패턴을 구성하는 주회 도체 묶음을 카고넘도록, 상기 전자 부품 지지 필름에 배치되어 있고,또한, 상기 전자 부품 모듈은, 상기 전자 부품 지지 필름이 폴딩에 맞추어서, 절곡되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단자 패드는, 상기 단위 구획 내에서의 와선형상 도체 패턴의 와선의 내부에 배치되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그.
- 제 1항에 기재된 박형 IC 태그를 제조하는 박형 IC 태그의 제조 방법으로서,안테나 코일이 형성된 유연성이 있는 시트에, 전자 부품을 회로 보드상에 실장한 전자 부품 모듈을 마련하여 전자 부품 지지 필름을 형성하는 제 1의 공정과,상기 전자 부품 지지 필름의 적어도 한쪽의 면측에 접착층을 형성하는 제 2의 공정과,상기 제 2의 공정에 의해 접착층이 형성된 전자 부품 지지 필름을 폴딩하여 적층 일체화하는 제 3의 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 박형 IC 태그를 제조하는 박형 IC 태그의 제조 방법으로서,안테나 코일이 형성된 유연성이 있는 시트에, 전자 부품을 회로 보드상에 실장한 전자 부품 모듈을 마련하여 전자 부품 지지 필름을 형성하는 제 1의 공정과,상기 안테나 코일이 형성된 유연성이 있는 시트와, 전자 부품 모듈을 접합시키는 제 2의 공정과,상기 전자 부품 지지 필름의 적어도 한쪽의 면측에 접착층을 형성하는 제 3의 공정과,상기 제 3의 공정에 의해 접착층이 형성된 전자 부품 지지 필름을 폴딩하여 적층 일체화하는 제 4의 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 전자 부품 지지 필름을 폴딩하여 적층 일체화하는 공정의 전단계에, 상기 전자 부품 지지 필름에서의 절곡 위치에, 절곡하기 쉽게 하기 위한 폴딩 마크를 형성하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 폴딩 마크를 형성하는 공정은, 레이저를 이용하여 잘린 곳을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형 IC 태그의 제조 방법.
