Description
Claims (10)
- 광파이버의 일단에 적어도 1개 발광원의 개구수 NAs보다도 큰 개구수 NA를 갖는 GRIN 렌즈를 융착 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 개구수 NA가 0.43 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 GRIN 렌즈는 열팽창 계수가 15×10-7K-1 이하이며, 또한 졸겔법에 의해 작성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 개구수 NAf의 광파이버의 일단에 개구수 NA2의 제 2 GRIN 렌즈를 용융 접속하고, 또한 상기 제 2 GRIN 렌즈의 타단에 NA2 보다도 큰 개구수 NA1의 제 1 GRIN 렌즈를 융착 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 광파이버의 개구수(NAf), 제 1 GRIN 렌즈의 개구수(NA1), 제 2 GRIN 렌즈의 개구수(NA2) 및 발광원의 개구수(NAs)가,NAf≤NA2<NAs≤NA1을 만족하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 GRIN 렌즈의 개구수 NA1이 0.43 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 GRIN 렌즈의 길이 Z1이, 중심부의 유리의 굴절율을 n0, 렌즈(1)의 반경을 d1, 발광원과의 거리를 L로 했을 때,Z1=(n0*d1/NA1)arctan(d1/(NA1*L))을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 GRIN 렌즈의 길이 Z2가 전파하는 광선의 사행 주기의 약 1/4의 길이 또는 그 홀수배의 길이인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 GRIN 렌즈는 열팽창 계수가 15×10-7K-1 이하이며, 또한 적어도 제 1 GRIN 렌즈는 졸겔법에 의해 작성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광파이버가 단일모드 광파이버인 것을 특징으로 하는 광파이버 결합부품.
