Claims (5)
- 규소의 알콕사이드, 도펀트의 알콕사이드 및 알루미늄의 알콕사이드를 주성분으로 하는 알코올 용액으로부터 습윤 겔을 제작하는 단계와,리칭에 의해 상기 습윤 겔 외주면으로부터 도펀트 및 알루미늄을 용출시켜 굴절률 분포를 부여하는 단계와,상기 습윤 겔을 건조시켜 드라이 겔을 제작하는 단계와,상기 드라이 겔을 소성하여 유리 모재를 형성하는 단계와,상기 모재를 드로잉하는 단계를 가지며,상기 습윤 겔을 제작하는 단계의 상기 알코올 용액을, 먼저 규소의 알콕사이드와 알루미늄의 알콕사이드를 주성분으로 하는 알코올 용액을 제작하고, 그 후 여기에 도펀트의 알콕사이드를 혼합하여 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GRIN 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이 겔을 제작하는 단계에서 제작된 드라이 겔 내에 포함되는 알루미늄 단체의 (규소 단체+도펀트 단체+알루미늄 단체)에 대한 농도(알루미늄 함유율)가 0.04mol% 이상이고 20mol% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 GRIN 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 습윤 겔을 제작하는 단계에서의 알코올 용액 내의 알루미늄 단체의 (규소 단체+도펀트 단체+알루미늄 단체)에 대한 농도(알루미늄 함 유율)가 2~20mol%인 것을 특징으로 하는 GRIN 렌즈 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 도펀트가 Ti, Ta, Sb 및 Zr로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 GRIN 렌즈 제조 방법.
