Claims (4)
- 광 조사부에서 출사한 편광광을, 연속 또는 간헐적으로 광 배향막에 대해 상대적으로, 직선상으로 이동시켜, 상기 편광광을 광 배향막에 조사하는 편광광 조사 장치로서,상기 광 조사부는, 상기 광 배향막 또는 편광광의 이동 방향에 대해 직교하는 폭 방향으로 배열된, 복수의 광 조사 유닛으로 구성되고,상기 광 조사 유닛은, 석영 유리로 이루어지는 방전 용기에 한 쌍의 전극이 대향 배치된 램프와, 램프로부터의 광을 반사하는 반사 미러와,상기 반사 미러에 의해 반사된 광을 편광하는 편광 수단을 구비하고,상기 램프는, 상기 한 쌍의 전극을 연결하는 선인 관축이 상기 반사 미러의 광축과 평행하게 되도록 배치되어 있는, 편광광 조사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 램프는, 상기 방전 용기에 0.08∼0.30㎎/㎣의 수은과, 희가스와, 할로겐을 봉입하고, 전극간 거리가 0.5∼2.0㎜이며, 300∼450㎚의 자외광을 효율적으로 방사하는 초초고압 수은 램프인 편광광 조사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 광 조사 유닛에는,각 광 조사 유닛을 광 배향막의 폭 방향으로, 같은 각도로 기울이는 광 조사 유닛 경사 기구가 설치되어 있는, 편광광 조사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 광 조사 유닛에는,각각 제어 가능한 점등 전원이 접속되어 있는 편광광 조사 장치.
