Description
Claims (5)
- 하면에 인벌류트 형상이면서 개방된 랩이 형성되어 내부로 압축실을 가지는 스크롤본체와;상기 스크롤본체의 외측 둘레로 형성되는 플랜지부와;상기 랩의 외측 둘레로 상기 플랜지부의 하면에 형성되고 메인프레임의 상면에 장착되는 다수의 장착다리와;상기 플랜지부의 하면으로 유입되는 흡입가스가 상기 플랜지부와 장착다리의 사이로 순환되는 것을 차단하면서 상기 랩의 선단으로 유도하여 상기 압축실로 흡입시키는 차단유도부를;포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고정스크롤.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 차단유도부는, 상기 압축실의 선단에 대응되는 상기 랩의 외부면과 상기 장착다리의 내측면 사이에 일체로 형성되는 제1차단벽과, 상기 제1차단벽의 일측으로 상기 랩의 선단 외부면과 상기 장착다리의 내측면 사이에 일체로 형성되는 제2차단벽으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고정스크롤.
- 제2항에 있어서;상기 차단벽이 형성된 상기 장착다리를 제외한 나머지 장착다리의 내측면과 상기 랩의 외부면의 사이에 보강리브가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고정스크롤.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서;상기 플랜지부는 쉘 내부의 고압과 저압을 분리하도록 상기 쉘의 내부면에 밀착된 상태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고정스크롤.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서;상기 압축실의 선단에 대응되는 상기 제1차단벽의 외부면에 가이드홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 고정스크롤.
