Claims (10)
- 적어도 1개의 피가열부를 유도가열에 의하여 가열하는 유도가열수단을 구비한 성형기로서,상기 유도가열수단은 상기 피가열부에 설치된 유도가열부와, 이 유도가열부에 공급하는 전력량을 제어하는 전력공급 제어부를 포함하고,상기 전력공급 제어부는, 주파수제어 및 전류제어 중의 어느 한쪽에 의하여, 이 유도가열부에 공급하는 전력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피가열부는 가열실린더의 복수 개소에 상당하고,상기 전력공급 제어부는 직류전원부로부터 전력을 공급받는 가열부 제어용 인버터를 구비하고, 이 가열부 제어용 인버터가 상기 주파수제어 또는 전류제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 가열부 제어용 인버터는 수㎐∼수십㎑의 범위 내에서 상기 주파수제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 가열부 제어용 인버터는 수㎐∼수십㎑ 범위 내의 고정주파수를 이용하여 상기 전류제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이 성형기는 1개 이상의 모터를 구비하고, 이 모터는 모터제어용 직류전원부로부터 모터제어용 인버터를 통하여 전력이 공급되도록 구성되어 있으며, 상기 모터제어용 직류전원부를 상기 직류전원부로서 겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 가열부 제어용 인버터 및 상기 모터제어용 인버터 중의 적어도 한쪽의 입력측에 스위치를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 2 내지 청구항4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가열부 제어용 인버터의 입력측에 전압조정회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 성형기에 있어서의 적어도 하나의 피가열부를 유도가열에 의하여 가열하는 성형기의 온도제어방법으로서,유도가열용의 공급전력량을 주파수제어 또는 전류제어 중의 어느 한쪽으로 제어함으로써 이 피가열부의 온도제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기의 온도 제어방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 주파수제어를 수㎐∼수십㎑의 범위 내에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기의 온도제어방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,수㎐∼수십㎑ 범위의 고정주파수로 상기 전류제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기의 온도제어방법.
