Description
樹脂材料が供給されるシリンダと、
該シリンダを加熱する複数のヒータと、
前記シリンダの温度を測定する複数の温度センサと、
各温度センサの測定温度と目標温度との温度偏差に基づいて、各ヒータに供給する電力を独立に制御するコントローラとを備え、
該コントローラは、ある時点での各ヒータにおける電力の合計値のピーク値を調整することを特徴とする射出成形機。

Claims (4)
- 樹脂材料が供給されるシリンダと、
該シリンダを加熱する複数のヒータと、
前記シリンダの温度を測定する複数の温度センサと、
各温度センサの測定温度と目標温度との温度偏差に基づいて、各ヒータに供給する電力を独立に制御するコントローラとを備え、
該コントローラは、ある時点での各ヒータにおける電力の合計値のピーク値を調整することを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 前記コントローラは、前記ピーク値が所定値以下となるように、各ヒータに供給する電力を調整する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記コントローラは、一のヒータの通電時間帯と、他の少なくとも一のヒータの通電時間帯とが重ならないように、各ヒータへの電力の供給/遮断を切り換えるタイミングを決める、請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記コントローラは、各温度センサの測定温度と目標温度との温度偏差に基づいて、所定周期に占める通電時間の割合をヒータ毎に設定する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機。
