Claims (3)
- 탄성을 가지는 회전 연삭 휠을 압연기의 작업용 롤에 가압하여 상기 작업용 롤을 연삭하게 되는 작업용 롤을 위한 온라인 연삭 방법에 있어서,회전 연삭 휠이 작업용 롤에 접촉한 후, 회전 연삭 휠의 가압 하중이 사전에 설정되었던 설정 하중 (F) 과 같아지면, 회전 연삭 휠의 전진 속도를 감소시켜, 작업용 롤에 가해지는 회전 연삭 휠의 가압 하중이 설정된 연삭 가압 하중 (F0) 을 초과하는 오버슈트를 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업용 롤을 위한 온라인 연삭 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사전에 설정되었던 하중 (F) 은 다음 식 (A), 즉F≤F0-K×V1×△t … (A)여기서, F : 설정 하중 [N],F0 : 설정된 연삭 가압 하중 [N],K : 연삭 휠 스프링 강성 [N/mm],V1 : 감속 전 연삭 휠의 전진 속도 [mm/s],△t : 제어 지연 시간 [s]을 만족시키는 범위의 값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업용 롤을 위한 온라인 연삭 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 감속 후 회전 연삭 휠의 전진 속도 (V2) 는 다음 식 (B), 즉0.6×(S×F0/(K×△t))≤V2≤S×F0/(K×△t) … (B)여기서, V2 : 감속 후 회전 연삭 휠의 전진 속도 [mm/s],S : 설정된 연삭 가압 하중 (F0) 에 대한 허용 오버슈트량의 비,K : 연삭 휠 스프링 강성 [N/mm],△t : 제어 지연 시간 [s]을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업용 롤을 위한 온라인 연삭 방법.
