Claims (5)
- i) 0.5 내지 1.8 중량%의 망간(Mn)과 0.5 내지 3.0 중량%의 아연(Zn)을 함유하는 알루미늄 합금의 심재(core material, 芯材)와 상기 심재의 양측에 구비되며 6.5 내지 13.0 중량%의 규소(Si) 및 0.15 내지 0.60 중량%의 구리(Cu)를 함유하는 Al-Si 합금의 브레이징 충진재로 구성되는 삼중층 크래드 물질로 구성되는 핀 물질 및 ii) 아연 정광(精鑛) 표면을 갖는 알루미늄 합금 튜브가 서로 브레이즈 되어 형성되는 열교환기로서,브레이징 후에 핀 길이 단면에서 상기 심재의 재결정립이 평균 100 내지 1,000um 길이를 가지며, 상기 심재의 재결정립이 상기 길이 단면의 두께 방향에서 평균 4개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,브레이징 전에 상기 심재의 모(母) 결정립이 상기 핀의 길이 단면의 두께 방향에서 평균 4개 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 브레이징 물질은 0.05 내지 0.30 중량%의 망간을 더 포함하는 것을 특 징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 열교환기용 핀 물질을 함유하는 핀으로서,상기 핀 물질은 0.5 내지 1.8 중량%의 망간(Mn)과 0.5 내지 3.0 중량%의 아연(Zn)을 함유하는 알루미늄 합금의 심재와, 상기 심재의 양측에 제공되며 6.5 내지 13.0 중량%의 규소(Si) 및 0.15 내지 0.60 중량%의 구리(Cu)를 함유하는 Al-Si 합금의 브레이징 충진재로 구성되는 삼중층 크래드 물질을 함유하고, 심재의 모(母) 결정립이 상기 핀 물질의 길이 단면의 두께 방향에서 평균 4개 이하로 가공 및 조질(調質)되는(worked and tempered) 것을 특징으로 하는 핀.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 브레이징 충진재가 0.05 내지 0.30 중량%의 망간(Mn)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀.
