Claims (9)
- 베이스, 상기 베이스 상에 위치하며 다수의 초음파 진동자로 이루어진 탐촉자를 포함하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브에서 상기 탐촉자를 회동시키기 위한 장치로서,상기 탐촉자를 지지하고 상기 베이스 상에 회동가능하도록 설치되는 회동축과;상기 회동축의 일단부에 결합되는 와이어 홀더와;상기 베이스에 고정되고, 구동축을 가지는 구동모터와;상기 구동모터의 구동축과 연결되어 함께 회전하는 중공의 하우징, 상기 하우징의 내부에 구비되는 탄성부재, 일단이 상기 탄성부재에 연결되고 타단이 상기 와이어 홀더에 연결되어 상기 탄성부재로부터 소정크기의 장력을 인가받는 한 쌍의 와이어 로프를 포함하는 와이어 로프 조립체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 비틀림 코일 스프링이고,상기 비틀림 코일 스프링의 양단에는 상기 하우징의 외부로 노출되어 상기 한 쌍의 와이어 로프의 각 일단이 걸리도록 후크부가 절곡 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 와이어 로프는 상기 와이어 홀더와 상기 비틀림 코일 스프링의 후크부의 사이에서 상호 교차되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구동모터는 스텝모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구동모터와 상기 와이어 로프 조립체와의 사이에 구비되어 상기 구동모터의 회전속도를 소정크기로 감속하여 상기 와이어 로프 조립체로 전달하기 위한 감속수단을 더 포함하고,상기 감속수단은 상기 구동모터의 구동축에 결합되는 구동풀리와, 상기 구동풀리와 일직선상에 위치하는 종동풀리와, 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리에 함께 감기는 벨트와, 일단이 상기 종동풀리의 중심부에 결합되고 타단이 상기 와이어 로프 조립체의 하우징의 중심부에 결합되는 종동축으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 구동풀리와 종동풀리의 외주면에는 기어이가 형성되고, 상기 벨트는 상기 기어이와 이물림되는 톱니가 형성된 타이밍 벨트인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 구동모터의 구동축측 일면에는 상기 구동모터를 상기 베이스의 저면에 고정시키기 위한 모터 지지판이 결합되고,상기 모터 지지판은 상기 구동풀리와 상기 종동풀리의 이격거리를 조절하여 상기 벨트의 장력을 조절하는 장력조절수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 장력조절수단은 상기 베이스에 설치되도록 볼트가 관통하는 적어도 하나의 볼트관통공과, 상기 모터 지지판의 상단 모서리부에 상향 연장되는 한 쌍의 연장부와, 각 상기 연장부의 선단에 직각으로 절곡되어 연장되는 한 쌍의 절곡부와, 각 상기 절곡부에 수직방향으로 구비되는 볼트체결공과, 상기 볼트체결공에 삽입되어 체결되고 상기 베이스의 저면에 선단부가 접촉하는 볼트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 볼트관통공은 수직방향으로 길이가 긴 슬롯형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진단장치의 프로브 탐촉자 회동장치.
