Claims (10)
- 2장의 유리시트(glass sheet)(10, 11)와 음향 차단기준(acoustic insulation criteria)에 부합하기 위한 적합한 물질의 단일층 중간층(monolayer interlayer)을 포함하는 적층 창유리 유닛(laminated glazing unit)에 있어서,상기 단일층 중간층은 최소 기계적 강도 기준에 부합하도록 불충분한 두께(d1)에 대해 적합하고 증가된 두께(d)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,적층 창유리 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단일층 중간층의 두께(d)는 dref Jref/Jc 와 적어도 동일한데,- Jc는 상기 중간층 물질에 특정한 임계 에너지(critical energy)로, 상기 중간층에서 개시되는 균열(crack)을 전파시키는데 필요한 에너지를 나타내며,- Jref와 dref는 각각 임계 에너지에 해당하는 임계 기준 에너지(critical reference energy)이고 기계적 강도 기준에 충분히 부합하는 물질의 기준 두께인,적층 창유리 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 물질은 폴리비닐 부티랄(polyvinyl butyral)인 것을 특징으로 하는,적층 창유리 유닛.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은, 2mm 두께의 상기 중간층에 의해 결합된 4mm 두께의 2장의 유리시트를 포함하는 적층 유리로 구성된 길이 9cm, 폭 3cm의 막대(bar)가, 동일한 길이 동일한 폭의 4mm 두께를 갖는 유리 막대와 최대 35% 차이가 나는 임계 진동수(critical frequency)를 갖는다는 사실에 의해 정의되는 향상된 음향 특성 기준을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,적층 창유리 유닛.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은, 10∼60℃의 온도와 50∼10 000Hz의 주파수 범위에서, 0.6보다 큰 손실 인자(loss factor)(tan δ)와 1×106∼2×107N/m2의 전단율(shear modulus)(G')을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,적층 창유리 유닛.
- 적층 창유리 유닛에 대한 중간층으로 작용하기 위한 음향 차단 기준을 만족시키는데 적합한 물질의 중합성 필름에 있어서,최소 기계적 강도 기준을 부합하도록 불충분한 두께(d1)에 대해 적합하고 증가된 두께(d)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,중합성 필름.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 두께(d)는 dref Jref/Jc와 적어도 동일한 두께(d)를 갖는데,- Jc는 상기 중간층 물질에 특정한 임계 에너지로, 상기 중간층에서 개시되는 균열을 전파시키는데 필요한 에너지를 나타내며,- Jref와 dref는 각각 임계기준에너지이고, 기계적 강도 기준에 충분히 부합하는 물질의 기준 두께인,중합성 필름.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 기준물질은 폴리비닐 부티랄인 것을 특징으로 하는,중합성 필름.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 필름은 2㎜ 두께의 중간층에 의해 결합되는 4㎜ 두께의 두 장의 유리시트를 포함하는 적층 창유리로 구성되는 길이 9㎝, 폭 3㎝의 막대(bar)가, 동일한 길이, 동일한 폭의 4㎜ 두께를 갖는 유리막대와 최대 35% 차이가 나는 임계진동수를 갖는다는 사실에 의해 정의되는 개선된 음향 특성 기준에 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는,중합성 필름.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 중합성 필름은 10∼60℃의 온도와 50∼10 000㎐의 주파수에서 0.6 보다 큰 손실인자(tanδ)와 1×106∼2×107N/㎡의 전단률(G')을 갖는,중합성 필름.
