Claims (7)
- 2장의 유리(glass sheet)(10, 11)와 중합성 필름(polymeric film) 형태인 두께 d의 단일층 중간층(monolayer interlayer)(12)을 포함하는, 음향 차단(acoustic insulation)과 기계적 강도(mechanical strength) 특성을 갖는 적층 글레이징 단일체(laminated glazing unit)로서,상기 중간층은 drefJref/Jc와 적어도 동일한 두께 d를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는데,- Jc는 상기 중간층 물질에 특정한 임계 에너지(critical energy)로, 상기 중간층에서 개시되는 균열(crack)을 전파시키는데 필요한 에너지를 나타내며,- Jref는 폴리비닐 부티랄(polyvinyl butyral)(PVB) 필름의 임계 에너지에 해당하는 임계 기준 에너지(critical reference energy)로, 20℃의 온도와 PVB 필름에 대한 100mm/min의 인상 속도(pull rate)에 대해 35 100 J/m2이며,- dref는 PVB 필름의 두께에 해당하는 기준 두께로, 0.38mm인, 적층 글레이징 단일체.
- 2장의 유리(10, 11)와 단일층 중간층(12)을 포함하는, 음향 차단과 기계적 강도 특성을 갖는 적층 글레이징 단일체로서,상기 중간층의 물질은 복합체(composite), 특히 중합체(polymer)와 상기 중합체에 삽입되어 있는 강화 섬유(reinforcing fibres)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징 단일체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은, 2mm 두께의 상기 중간층에 의해 결합된 4mm 두께의 2장의 유리를 포함하는 적층 유리로 구성된 길이 9cm, 폭 3cm의 막대(bar)가, 동일한 길이 동일한 폭의 4mm 두께를 갖는 유리 막대와 최대 35% 차이가 나는 임계 진동수(critical frequency)를 갖는다는 사실에 의해 정의되는 향상된 음향 특성을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징 단일체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은, 10과 60℃ 사이의 온도와 50과 10 000Hz 사이의 진동수 범위에서, 0.6보다 큰 손실 인자(loss factor)(tan δ)와 1×106과 2×107N/m2사이의 전단율(shear modulus)(G')을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 적층 글레이징 단일체.
- 적층 글레이징 단일체에 대한 중간층으로 작용하기 위한 두께 d의 중합성 필름으로서,상기 중간층은 drefJref/Jc와 적어도 동일한 두께 d를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는데,- Jc는 상기 중간층 물질에 특정한 임계 에너지로, 상기 중간층에서 개시되는 균열을 전파시키는데 필요한 에너지를 나타내며,- Jref는 폴리비닐 부티랄(PVB) 필름의 임계 에너지에 해당하는 임계 기준 에너지로, 20℃의 온도와 PVB 필름에 대한 100mm/min의 인상 속도에 대해 35 100 J/m2이며,- dref는 PVB 필름의 두께에 해당하는 기준 두께로, 0.38mm인, 중합성 필름.
- 적층 글레이징 단일체에 대한 중간층으로 작용하기 위한 두께 d의 중합성 필름으로서,상기 중합성 필름은 복합체, 특히 중합체와 상기 중합체에 삽입되어 있는 강화 섬유로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 중합성 필름.
- 적층 글레이징 단일체의 중간층을 구성하기 위한 두께 d1의 중합성 필름의 인열 강도(tear strength)를 측정하기 위한 방법으로,- 상기 중간층의 임계 에너지 Jc가 측정되고, 이 에너지는 상기 중간층에서 개시되는 균열을 전파시키는데 필요한 에너지를 나타내며,- 방정식= Jcd1으로 정의되는, 두께와 관련된 임계 에너지이 계산되며,-는, 0.38mm의 두께를 갖는 PVB 필름을 나타내는 기준값과 비교되고, 13.3 J/m와 동일하며,->일 때, 상기 중간층은 상기 인열 강도 기준(criterion)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인열 강도 측정 방법.
