Description
Claims (20)
- Si/Al 원자비가 1 ≤Si/Al ≤1.15이며, 교환부위가 바륨 이온에 의해 70% 이상 차지되는(통상적으로 나머지는 바륨 이외 알칼리금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온으로 구성됨), 70% 이상의 파우자사이트(faujasite)를 함유하며 결합제로 응집된 응집 제올라이트 흡착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제올라이트화가 가능한 결합제로서, 카올리나이트 혹은 할로이사이트로부터 선택된 카올린 계열의 점토를 사용하여 응집된 흡착제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 바륨 단독의 전체교환도가 90% 이상인 흡착제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 900℃에서 측정하였을 때 강열감량이 4.0 내지 7.7%인 흡착제.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 흡착제의 제조 방법:a) 제올라이트 분말을 결합제로 응집하는 단계,b) 응집물을 하소하는 단계,d) 바륨 교환 단계,e) 활성화 단계.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 단계 e)의 활성화가 180 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행되는 열적 활성화인 방법.
- 탈착제의 존재하에 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 흡착제를 사용한 파라-크실렌의 흡착에 의한 액상중 방향족 C8 이성질체 분획으로부터 파라-크실렌의 회수 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 모의 유동층 방식의 파라-크실렌의 회수방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 모의 역류 방식의 파라-크실렌의 회수방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 모의 항류 방식의 파라-크실렌의 회수방법.
- 탈착제의 존재하에 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 흡착제를 사용한 파라-크실렌의 흡착에 의한 기상중 방향족 C8 이성질체 분획으로부터 파라-크실렌을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 탈착제가 톨루엔 또는 파라-디에틸 벤젠인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 900℃에서 측정하였을 때 강열감량이 5.2 내지 7.7%인 흡착제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 교환 부위가 추가로 칼륨에 의해 30 %까지 차지되는(통상적으로 나머지는 바륨 및 칼륨 이외 알칼리금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온으로 구성됨) 흡착제.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 바륨 + 칼륨의 전체 교환도가 90% 이상인 흡착제.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 제 14 항에 따른 흡착제의 제조 방법:a) 제올라이트 분말을 결합제로 응집하는 단계,b) 응집물을 하소하는 단계,d) 바륨 교환 단계 및 칼륨 교환 단계,e) 활성화 단계.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b) 및 d) 사이에, c) 응집물을 알칼리액 - 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화나트륨과 수산화칼륨의 혼합물에 침적함으로써 결합제를 제올라이트화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)의 알칼리 용액이 0.5 M 이상의 농도를 가지는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b) 및 d) 사이에, c) 응집물을 알칼리액 - 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화나트륨과 수산화칼륨의 혼합물에 침적함으로써 결합제를 제올라이트화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)의 알칼리 용액이 0.5 M 이상의 농도를 가지는 방법.
