Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 저전원전압단에 연결되고, 입력되는 전류에 비례한 전류를 복사하여 복사전류를 흘릴 수 있는 저전압 아날로그 부;고전원전압단에 연결되고, 상기 복사전류가 흐르는 경우에 통전될 수 있는 고전압 출력 드라이버;상기 저전압 아날로그 부와 고전압 출력 드라이버를 단속할 수 있는 스위치부; 및상기 고전압 출력 드라이버와 스위치부 사이에 삽입되는 적어도 하나 이상의 보상 다이오드를 포함하는 수동 매트릭스 유기 발광 다이오드용 출력 드라이버.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보상 다이오드는,모스 트랜지스터 타입으로 된 수동 매트릭스 유기 발광 다이오드용 출력 드라이버.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저전압 아날로그 부는,일측이 상기 저전원전압단에 연결되고, 상기 입력되는 전류에 비례한 전류를 복사하여 복사전류를 흘릴 수 있는 전류 미러로 된 수동 매트릭스 유기 발광 다이오드용 출력 드라이버.
- 고전원전압단에 연결되고, 입력되는 전류에 제어되는 제1 고전압 드라이버;저전원전압단에 연결되고, 상기 제1 고전압 드라이버로부터 전달되는 전류를 복사하여 복사전류를 흘릴 수 있는 제2 고전압 드라이버; 및상기 제1 고전압 드라이버와 제2 고전압 드라이버 사이에 삽입되는 적어도 하나 이상의 보상 다이오드를 포함하는 수동 매트릭스 유기 발광 다이오드용 출력 드라이버.
- 상기 보상 다이오드는,모스 트랜지스터 타입으로 된 수동 매트릭스 유기 발광 다이오드용 출력 드라이버.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 고전압 드라이버는,일측이 상기 저전원전압단에 연결되고, 상기 복사전류를 흘릴 수 있는 전류 미러로 된 수동 매트릭스 유기 발광 다이오드용 출력 드라이버.
