Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- 양극과, 음극과, 비수 전해액과, 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 비수 2차 전지로서,상기 비수 전해액이 벤젠환에 할로겐기가 결합한 화합물 A와, 상기 화합물 A보다 낮은 전위에서 산화되는 화합물 B를 함유하고,상기 화합물 B가 방향족 화합물 및 복소환 화합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이고,상기 세퍼레이터의 투기도가 500초/100㎤이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액 전체에 대한 상기 화합물 A의 함유량이 1질량% 이상 15질량% 이하이며, 상기 비수 전해액 전체에 대한 상기 화합물 B의 함유량이 0.005질량% 이상 3질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극이 양극 합제를 포함하고, 상기 양극 합제가 도전 조제로서 탄소 재료를 함유하고, 상기 양극 합제 전체에 대한 상기 탄소 재료의 함유량이 5질량% 이하인 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 두께가 20㎛이하인 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 투기도가 200초/100㎤이상 400초/100㎤이하인 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 공극률이 30%이상 42%이하인 비수 2차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양극 합제 전체에 대한 상기 탄소재료의 함유량이 3질량%이하인 비수 2차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄소재료가 결정성이 낮은 탄소재료를 포함하는 비수 2차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 양극 합제 전체에 대한 상기 탄소재료의 함유량이 3질량% 이하이고, 상기 탄소재료가 결정성이 낮은 탄소재료를 상기 도전조제 전체에 대해 50질량% 이상의 비율로 포함하는 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액이 -SO2결합을 포함하는 화합물을 더욱 함유하고 있는 비수 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지가 각형 전지 또는 라미네이트 전지인 비수 2차 전지.
- 비수 2차 전지를 포함하는 휴대기기로서,상기 비수 2차 전지가, 양극과, 음극과, 비수 전해액과, 세퍼레이터를 포함하고, 상기 비수 전해액이 벤젠환에 할로겐기가 결합한 화합물 A와, 상기 화합물 A보다 낮은 전위에서 산화되는 화합물 B를 함유하고,상기 화합물 B가 방향족 화합물 및 복소환 화합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이고,상기 세퍼레이터의 투기도가 500초/100㎤이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지가 충전시에 0.6A 이상으로 충전되는 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액 전체에 대한 상기 화합물A의 함유량이 1질량% 이상 15질량% 이하이고, 상기 비수 전해액 전체에 대한 상기 화합물 B의 함유량이 0.005질량%이상 3질량%이하인 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 양극이 양극 합제를 포함하고, 상기 양극 합제가 도전조제로서 탄소재료를 포함하고, 상기 양극 합제 전체에 대한 상기 탄소재료의 함유량이 5질량% 이하인 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 두께가, 20㎛이하인 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 투기도가 200초/100㎤이상 400초/100㎤이하인 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터의 공극률이 30%이상 42%이하인 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 양극 합제 전체에 대한 상기 탄소재료의 함유량이 3질량%이하인 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 탄소재료가 결정성이 낮은 탄소재료를 포함하는 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 양극 합제 전체에 대한 상기 탄소재료의 함유량이 3질량% 이하이고, 상기 탄소재료가 결정성이 낮은 탄소재료를 상기 도전조제 전체에 대해 50질량% 이상의 비율로 포함하는 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지에 있어서, 상기 비수 전해액이 -SO2결합을 포함하는 화합물을 더욱 함유하고 있는 휴대기기.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 비수 2차 전지가 각형 전지 또는 라미네이트 전지인 휴대 기기.
