Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 폴리올레핀계 수지가 적어도 1 중량% 이상 혼합된 폴리에스테르계 수지 소재를 포함하는 섬유 직경이 5 ㎛ 이하인 극세 섬유 부직포층, 섬유 직경이 7 ㎛ 이상인 폴리에스테르계 수지를 주체로 한 장섬유 부직포층이 열압착에 의해 일체화되고, 2 kPa 이상의 내수압치를 갖는 적층 부직포 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층 부직포 구조체의 폴리에스테르계 수지 함유량이 70 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 극세 섬유 부직포를 구성하는 극세 섬유의 표면에 폴리올레핀계 수지의 비연속적인 상이 산재하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장섬유 부직포를 구성하는 장섬유가 폴리올레핀계 수지가 7 중량% 이하로 혼합되어 있는 폴리에스테르계 수지를 포함하는 장섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적층 구조체의 기본 중량(目付, basis of weight)이 10 g/㎡ 이상이고, 또한 장섬유 부직포층의 기본 중량이 8 g/㎡ 이상이며, 또한 극세 섬유 부직포층의 기본 중량이 2 g/㎡ 이상이고, 적층 구조체가 13 N/3 cm 이상의 인장 강력치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 장섬유 부직포층의 기본 중량이 20 g/㎡ 이상이며, 극세 섬유 부직포층의 기본 중량이 적어도 6 g/㎡이고, 또한 부직포 적층 구조체의 기본 중량이 40 g/㎡ 이상이며, 상기 부직포 적층 구조체가 60 N/3 cm 이상의 인장 강력치 및 3 kPa 이상의 내수압치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유 부직포층이 폴리올레핀계 수지가 5 내지 75 중량% 혼합된 폴리에스테르계 수지 소재를 포함하는 극세 섬유로 구성되어 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유 부직포가 폴리올레핀계 수지를 10 내지 50 중량% 혼합한 폴리에스테르계 수지 소재를 포함하는 극세 섬유로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유 부직포를 구성하는 극세 섬유가 용액 점도 범위 0.2 내지 0.8 ηsp/C의 폴리에스테르계 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유 부직포를 구성하는 극세 섬유가 용액 점도 범위 0.2 내지 0.6 ηsp/C인 폴리에스테르계 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유를 형성하는 폴리에스테르 수지에 혼합되는 폴리올레핀의 MFR이 20 g/10 분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유를 형성하는 폴리에스테르 수지에 혼합되는 폴리올레핀의 MFR이 100 g/10 분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유를 형성하는 폴리에스테르 수지에 혼합되는 폴리올레핀의 MFR이 500 g/10 분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유를 형성하는 폴리에스테르 수지에 혼합되는 폴리올레핀계 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극세 섬유 부직포층에 표면 장력이 다른 시약을 적하했을 때의 습윤·함침 개시 수준이 50 mN/m 이하인 극세 섬유 부직포층을 이용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 수지를 혼합한 폴리에스테르계 수지를 압출기를 거쳐 압출하고, 멜트 블로우법으로 얻어진 극세 섬유로 이루어지는 극세 부직포층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
- 제16항에 있어서, 방사되어 컨베어 네트 상에 퇴적된 적어도 1층의 장섬유 부직포의 층을 적층하고, 다음에 동일한 컨베어 네트 상에 퇴적되는 적어도 1층의 극세 섬유 부직포층을 적층하고, 추가로 그 위에 방사되어 퇴적되는 적어도 1층의 장섬유 부직포층을 중첩하여 형성되는 적층체를 열압착으로 일체화하여 형성한 적층 구조로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내수압 폴리에스테르 부직포.
