本发明提供了一种抗菌涂料及透气抗菌膜及其防水透气抗菌性薄膜。抗菌涂料,包括以下重量份:甲基丙烯酸甲酯16‑20份;丙烯酸丁酯12‑14份;纳米TiO1‑2份;甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠3‑5份;羟丙烯酸树脂1‑2份;聚氧乙烯醚2‑4份;乳化剂1‑1.5份;去离子水50‑70份;pH调节剂1‑5份;成膜助剂1‑5份。透气抗菌膜包括表层、抗菌涂料层和基材层;所述抗菌涂料层涂覆于基材层上,表层与基材层复合;所述基材层自上而下包括依次贴合的:抗菌聚醚型TPU面层、第一织物、普通TPU贴合层和第二织物;所述抗菌聚醚型TPU面层材料中添加纳米银抗菌剂,添加量占面层聚醚型TPU质量的2.5~5.5%。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌涂料,还涉及一种透气抗菌膜,还涉及一种包含透气抗菌膜层的防水透气抗菌性薄膜。
背景技术
在建筑业中的房屋透气隔水层中,经常用到透气薄膜,用来提高在砖石里面的隔热材料的寿命和建筑本身隔热性能,另外在一些木质结构的建筑中也将其用作防潮防水材料,主要把它铺在顶棚里面或者将墙里面的隔热材料裹在内外。防水透气膜是一种新型的高分子防水材料,技术要求要比一般的防水材料高的多;同时防水透气膜也具有其他防水材料所不具备的功能性特点。防水透气膜在加强建筑气密性、水密性的同时,可使结构内部水汽迅速排出,避免结构孳生霉菌,保护物业价值,是一种健康环保的新型节能材料。
目前,主流的防水透气膜由聚丙烯面料、高分子透汽膜、网格加强筋和聚丙烯通过热熔胶复合而成。由于防水透气膜要在高温、紫外辐射等各种严酷条件,在建筑外部使用几十年,所以防水透气膜各层之间的粘结强度显得尤为重要。现有技术中通常采用通用的EVOH树脂进行粘结,而通用EVOH树脂的粘结效果不是令人很满意树脂,EVOH对大多数聚合物附着力较差,因此需要设计特殊的粘合树脂,提高防水透气膜各层之间的粘结强度。
例如中国专利申请号为028205154的专利公开了一种基于无定形聚-α-烯烃和间同聚丙烯共聚物的热熔型粘合剂组合物,这种组合物中包含约15~80重量%的SPP/APAO混合物、约15~65重量%兼容增粘剂、约0~35重量%的增塑剂、约0~3重量%的稳定剂,以及任选碲约0~30重量%的蜡。这种粘合剂络合物可以用于大量的应用,例如一次性无纺布卫生用品、纸张加工、软包装、木材加工、纸板箱和包装箱封条、标签和其他装配应用中。但是这种粘合树脂并不能满足建筑领域应用时的需要,使用在建筑领域的防水透气膜上时剥离强度低、在高温和紫外辐射下的使用寿命短等问题均存在。
在例如中国专利CN202658743U公开了一种建筑用复合透气薄膜,其特征在于:包括从上至下依次复合而成的上层(1)、中层(2)、下层(3),所述上层(1)和下层(3)均为无纺布层,中层(2)为PE透气膜层。所述上层(1)、中层(2)与下层(3)采用热熔胶点式或网状式粘合。该技术方案中虽然也是采用了三层结构,且通过热熔胶点式或网状式粘合,但是薄膜本身厚度较大,防渗能力好的同时,透气效果不佳。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的建筑薄膜透气防水效果不佳,抗菌性功能持续时间短,以及抗菌效果不佳的问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌涂料及透气抗菌膜及其防水透气抗菌性薄膜。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌涂料,其创新点在于:包括以下重量份:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:16-20份;丙烯酸丁酯:12-14份;纳米TiO:1-2份;甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠:3-5份;羟丙烯酸树脂:1-2份;聚氧乙烯醚:2-4份;乳化剂:1-1.5份;去离子水:50-70份;pH调节剂:1-5份;成膜助剂:1-5份。
在此基础上,包括以下重量份:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:18份;丙烯酸丁酯:13份;纳米TiO:2份;甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠:4份;羟丙烯酸树脂:2份;聚氧乙烯醚:3份;乳化剂:1.2份;去离子水:60份;pH调节剂:3份;成膜助剂:2份。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种使用抗菌涂料的透气抗菌膜,其创新点在于:所述透气抗菌膜包括表层、抗菌涂料层和基材层;所述抗菌涂料层涂覆于基材层上,表层与基材层复合;所述基材层自上而下包括依次贴合的:抗菌聚醚型TPU面层、第一织物、普通TPU贴合层和第二织物;所述抗菌聚醚型TPU面层材料中添加纳米银抗菌剂,添加量占面层聚醚型TPU质量的2.5~5.5%。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种包含透气抗菌膜的防水透气抗菌性薄膜,包括从上至下依次复合而成的上层、中层和下层;其创新点在于:所述中层和下层均为无纺布层,上层为透气抗菌膜;所述中层无纺布层厚度为10~20μm;所述下层无纺布层厚度为20~25μm;所述上层透气抗菌膜层厚度为2~8μm。
在此基础上,所述上层、中层和下层采用粘合树脂进行粘合。
在此基础上,所述粘合树脂包括以下原料组分及重量份:

在此基础上,所述无纺布层由极细纤维无纺布层、合成无纺布层和聚酯长纤维无纺布层复合组成。
在此基础上,所述极细纤维无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的30~35%;所述合成无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的20~40%;所述聚酯长纤维无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的30~45%。
在此基础上,所述极细纤维由含有0.5~0.8%聚烯烃材料且纤维直径为5~8μm的聚酯材料制得,所述聚酯长纤维的纤维直径为9~13μm,上述两层通过热压结合法进行一体化。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的抗菌涂料,包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯:16-20份;丙烯酸丁酯:12-14份;纳米TiO:1-2份;甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠:3-5份;羟丙烯酸树脂:1-2份;聚氧乙烯醚:2-4份;乳化剂:1-1.5份;去离子水:50-70份;pH调节剂:1-5份;成膜助剂:1-5份,该涂料环保无污染,对人体和环境不会产生毒害,且抗菌效果持久,附着力强、还具有良好的耐水性。即使在潮湿环境下也可以保持很好的抗性,无特殊气味,不含汞、铅等重金属,无甲醛挥发物,符合建筑材料对涂料的技术要求。
(2)本发明的透气抗菌膜,包括表层、涂料层和基材层;最重要的是,基材层自上而下包括依次贴合的:抗菌聚醚型TPU面层、第一织物、普通TPU贴合层和第二织物,该种结构能够避免透气抗菌膜表面存在微观缺陷,进而导致膜体容易受到污染,且四层结构能够提高抗菌膜表面的密实度;再者抗菌聚醚型TPU面层材料中添加纳米银抗菌剂,添加量占面层聚醚型TPU质量的2.5~5.5%,实验可知,添加合适量的微生物不易附着,更易清洁,且不造成浪费,不影响生产制作的进程。
(3)本发明的防水透气抗菌性薄膜,包括上层、中层和下层;分别采用中层和下层均为无纺布层,上层为透气抗菌膜层的结构设置,由于薄膜中、下层直接接触或固定建筑用材上,需要其具有不易拉断、抗拉伸强度高,因此,设置成具有较高强度的无纺布层,上层采用透气抗菌膜层,主要与外界接触,满足薄膜具有高度的透气性,以及防患细菌及其他污染物的作用。
(4)本发明的防水透气抗菌性薄膜,中层无纺布层厚度为10~20μm;所述下层无纺布层厚度为20~25μm;所述上层透气抗菌膜层厚度为2~8μm,不仅提高了结构强度,避免施工过程中,防止薄膜破损,设定的厚度范围,能够承载在有效的过滤性能范围外,做到有效的防水措施。
(5)本发明的防水透气抗菌性薄膜中,上层、中层和下层采用特殊的粘合树脂进行粘合,粘合性能好,应用在层与层之间时,保证薄膜本身具有高剥离强度,能够满足建筑领域的使用要求。另一方面,还能解决在高温和紫外辐射的条件下使用寿命太短的问题,本产品的粘合效果是普通粘合剂的10~20倍,相应的寿命能够延长至30~40年。
(6)本发明的防水透气抗菌性薄膜中,通过无纺布层由极细纤维无纺布层、合成无纺布层和聚酯长纤维无纺布层复合组成。不仅采用了树脂的无纺布具有出色的耐水性,结合合成无纺布层,互补了其由于树脂的低熔点而导致耐热性能差,改善了产品的疏水性的同时,提高了产品的耐热性、耐辐照性等等。

以下实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明披露了一种抗菌涂料,包括以下重量份:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:16-20份;丙烯酸丁酯:12-14份;纳米TiO:1-2份;甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠:3-5份;羟丙烯酸树脂:1-2份;聚氧乙烯醚:2-4份;乳化剂:1-1.5份;去离子水:50-70份;pH调节剂:1-5份;成膜助剂:1-5份。作为进一步优选的,包括以下重量份:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:18份;丙烯酸丁酯:13份;纳米TiO:2份;甲基丙烯酸羟丙磺酸钠:4份;羟丙烯酸树脂:2份;聚氧乙烯醚:3份;乳化剂:1.2份;去离子水:60份;pH调节剂:3份;成膜助剂:2份。优选的,在本实施方式中,乳化剂是一种复配乳化剂,该复配乳化剂包含以下组分:双乙酰酒石酸单双甘油酯,磷脂,酪蛋白酸钠,海藻酸钠,硬脂酰乳酸钙,变性淀粉酶,水。上述复配的比例为双乙酰酒石酸单双甘油酯:磷脂:酪蛋白酸钠:海藻酸钠:硬脂酰乳酸钙:变性淀粉酶:水=1:(2~3):(2~3):4:(5~10):(2~3):(40~60)。另外,本实施方式中的pH调节剂选择碳酸氢钠和磷酸氢二钠组合物,但是并不局限于此,在此并不做限定。
本发明还披露了一种使用上述抗菌涂料的透气抗菌膜,该透气抗菌膜包括表层、抗菌涂料层和基材层;所述抗菌涂料层涂覆于基材层上,表层与基材层复合;作为进一步优选的,表层由纳米复合光触媒构成,大大降低了随着使用日久而导致的抗菌、除臭及防霉功效的减弱。作为进一步优选的,所述基材层自上而下包括依次贴合的:抗菌聚醚型TPU面层、第一织物、普通TPU贴合层和第二织物;所述抗菌聚醚型TPU面层材料中添加纳米银抗菌剂,添加量占面层聚醚型TPU质量的2.5~5.5%。该种结构能够避免透气抗菌膜表面存在微观缺陷,进而导致膜体容易受到污染,且四层结构能够提高抗菌膜表面的密实度;再者抗菌聚醚型TPU面层材料中添加纳米银抗菌剂,添加量占面层聚醚型TPU质量的2.5~5.5%,实验可知,添加合适量的微生物不易附着,更易清洁,且不造成浪费,不影响生产制作的进程。
本发明更进一步的披露了一种包含上述透气抗菌膜的防水透气抗菌性薄膜,包括从上至下依次复合而成的上层、中层和下层;所述中层和下层均为无纺布层,上层为透气抗菌膜层;由于薄膜中、下层直接接触或固定建筑用材上,需要其具有不易拉断、抗拉伸强度高,因此,设置成具有较高强度的无纺布层,上层采用透气抗菌膜层,主要与外界接触,满足薄膜具有高度的透气性,以及防患细菌及其他污染物的作用。在本实施方式中,中层无纺布层厚度为10~20μm;所述下层无纺布层厚度为20~25μm;所述上层透气抗菌膜层厚度为2~8μm,仅提高了结构强度,避免施工过程中,防止薄膜破损,设定的厚度范围,能够承载在有效的过滤性能范围外,做到有效的防水措施。且在本实施方式中,整体厚度与现有技术中的薄膜厚度相差不大,但是具有对建筑型材使用环境较强的适应性。作为进一步优选的,中层无纺布层厚度为13~16μm,下层无纺布层厚度为22~23μm;上层透气抗菌膜层厚度为4~6μm。在不降低目前薄膜拉力强度的情况下避免了渗水的问题,耐风化能力强,成本低、便于推广使用。最佳的,中层无纺布层厚度为14μm,下层无纺布层厚度为22μm;上层透气抗菌膜层厚度为5μm。此种结构设置,不仅保证了薄膜强度高,抗变性能好,而且延长了使用寿命,耐磨损,所需成本最低。
作为进一步优选的,所述上层、中层和下层采用粘合树脂进行粘合,相比较于现有技术中粘合树脂,粘合时间更长,粘合效果更佳。优选的,所述粘合树脂包括以下原料组分及重量份:50~70份聚醚酯、5~10份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、0.5~15份活性纳米碳酸钙、15~30份聚乙二醇、10~16份偶联剂、5~8份分散剂。使用由该粘合性树脂、可以根据需要配比得到的薄膜状粘合剂,兼备低温粘合性、低吸湿性、耐热性和粘合作业性,适宜于作为在建筑体上粘合薄膜材料。进一步优选的,所述粘合树脂包括以下原料组分及重量份:60份聚醚酯、8.5份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、6.5份活性纳米碳酸钙、22份聚乙二醇、13份偶联剂、7份分散剂。采用聚醚酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和聚乙二醇为主成分,加入改性剂活性纳米碳酸钙,以及助剂形成的建筑薄膜粘合树脂,具有高剥离强度,能够满足建筑领域的使用需求;所述的粘合树脂流动性好,浸润性好,易于加工和实施;粘合树脂应用于防水透气抗菌性薄膜上后,能够满足建筑领域的使用需求,耐高温,耐老化。进一步优选的,上述粘合树脂的配方中,偶联剂选用硅烷偶联剂,例如KH550,KH560,KH570,KH792,DL602,DL171这几种型号,可降低合成树脂熔体的粘度,改善填充剂的分散度以提高加工性能,进而使制品获得良好的表面质量及机械、热和电性能。此外,分散剂选用丙烯酸树脂分散剂,能够适当降低树脂的黏度,其具体表现为门尼粘度下降,从而改善粘合树脂本身的流动性,加快分散。
作为进一步优选的,本实施方式中无纺布层由极细纤维无纺布层、合成无纺布层和聚酯长纤维无纺布层复合组成。作为进一步优选的,所述第一无纺布层占合成无纺布厚度的25~35%;所述防水层占合成无纺布厚度的40~45%;所述第二无纺布层占合成无纺布厚度的25~30%。在本实施方式中,不仅采用了树脂的无纺布具有出色的耐水性,结合合成无纺布层,互补了其由于树脂的低熔点而导致耐热性能差,改善了产品的疏水性的同时,提高了产品的耐热性、耐辐照性等等。采用此种复合组成,无纺布层的韧度和强度均有很大幅度提升,利用极细纤维和聚酯长纤维使得普通的无纺布具有了较好的防水性能。作为进一步优选的,中间合成无纺布层包括依次设置的第一无纺布层、防水层和第二无纺布层,所述第一无纺布层、防水层以及第二无纺布层依次贴合。第一无纺布层、防水层和第二无纺布层的表面粗糙,易于与建筑物结合,提高了结合强度,提高了使用寿命,并且无纺布成本较低,易于实现。作为进一步优选的,第一无纺布层选用聚乙烯无纺布,该聚乙烯无纺布是用熔喷法将含有聚乙烯(A)和聚乙烯蜡(B)的树脂组合物制成的,该无纺布的纤维直径小(直径对本发明而言也是重要的。合适地,直径在0.009至0.3mm的范围内,更合适在0.016至0.038mm的范围内例如0.02mm,所述直径可以通过平衡各个参数而实现),质地好,具有优异的柔软性、防水性和层间粘合性;优选的,第二无纺布层选用由含丙烯系聚合物(a)和乙烯系聚合物(b)的复合纤维制成的纺粘型无纺布,该纺粘型无纺布具有良好的均匀性和优异的柔软性、透气性和层间粘合强度。优选的,所述防水层为PTFE膜层,利用PTFE膜层使上述的无纺布具有了更好的防水性能。进一步优选的,防水层也可以采用复合结构,具体的,防水层也可以采用聚酯纤维合成的无纺布,所述无纺布上设置一层支撑层,该支撑层为竹纤维网纱,此外,在竹纤维网纱上还可以黏贴活性炭粒,具有抗菌抑菌、吸附异味的作用,且无毒无刺激、安全又环保。
作为本实施方式的进一步优选方案,所述极细纤维无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的30~35%;所述合成无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的20~40%;所述聚酯长纤维无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的30~45%。厚度的合适划分设置,主要是考虑到在一定厚度范围内极细纤维无纺布层的透明性好,此外,合成无纺布层的厚度范围确定是考虑到合成无纺布对于极细纤维以及聚酯长纤维来说,主要是起到承载、依托的作用,以及确保能够有足够的粘合性。作为进一步优选的,极细纤维无纺布利用下述的熔喷法获得:所述熔喷法使用具有多个微细纺丝喷嘴及空气喷嘴的导丝嘴、具有多孔性的外周部并从内部进行吸引的旋转的吸引滚筒以及覆盖吸引滚筒的上下一对吸引罩,使导丝嘴与吸引滚筒之间的间隔处于熔融聚合物的延伸结束、且所获得的聚合物纤维实际上不会产生振动的范围内来抑制所述聚合物纤维的断丝及缠绕,将吸引滚筒的外周面与吸引罩的导丝嘴侧端部之间的间隔设定为即使在熔喷无纺布的表面附着或接触有断丝的纤维也能吸引除去。
作为进一步优选的,所述极细纤维由含有0.5~0.8%聚烯烃材料且纤维直径为5~8μm的聚酯材料制得,作为进一步优选的,极细纤维由含有0.7%聚烯烃材料且纤维直径为7μm的聚酯材料制得;在本实施方式中,薄膜还需要具备阻燃功能;也就是说,极细纤维包括主体聚合物,在主体聚烯烃聚合物中含有磷系阻燃剂,所述磷系阻燃剂在主题聚烯烃聚合物的含量为0.05~0.15%。本实施方式中,磷系阻燃剂可以选择为磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、丙苯系磷酸酯、丁苯系磷酸酯四者的混合物,四者混合物的混合比例为:磷酸三苯酯:磷酸三甲苯酯:丙苯系磷酸酯:丁苯系磷酸酯=2.5~3.5:2~4:4~8:3~6。作为进一步优选的,四者混合物的混合比例为:磷酸三苯酯:磷酸三甲苯酯:丙苯系磷酸酯:丁苯系磷酸酯=3:3:6:4。上述磷酸酯类的磷系阻燃剂特点是具有阻燃与增塑双重功能。它可使阻燃剂实现无卤化,其增塑功能可使塑料成型时流动加工性变好,可抑制燃烧后的残余物。产生的毒性气体和腐蚀性气体比卤系阻燃剂少。其主要优点是效率较高;对光稳定性或光稳定剂作用的影响较小;加工和燃烧中腐蚀性小;有阻碍复燃的作用生产方法包括将形成阻燃极细纤维主体的聚酯加入磷系阻燃剂,通过单成分或海岛、割纤组件进行熔融纺丝,制得阻燃极细纤维原丝,并进一步经卷绕拉伸、交络得到阻燃聚酯极细长丝,即磷系聚酯阻燃极细纤维。本发明所述阻燃丝具有良好的可纺性能,物理性能与一般聚酯极细纤维相近并具有一般极细纤维所没有的优良的阻燃效果。
作为进一步优选的,所述聚酯长纤维的纤维直径为9~13μm,优选的,聚酯长纤维的纤维直径为11μm。上述聚酯长纤维材料可以包含木质素化合物和一种或者多种聚合物的掺混物(经试验证明,含有木质素化合物的纤维可以是长纤维),该聚合物例如聚烯烃如聚乙烯或聚丙烯、聚酯如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或者聚乳酸,或者是本领域已知的另一聚合物。该掺混物可以是均质掺混物或者非均质掺混物。含有木质素化合物和一种或者多种其他聚合物的纤维可以是一种结构化多组分纤维,其中木质素化合物或者木质素化合物与另一聚合物的掺混物构成多组分纤维的一种组分,一种或者多种聚合物构成多组分纤维的另一种组分。多组分纤维可以是并列型多组分纤维、皮芯型多组分纤维、基质-原纤型多组分纤维,或者是具有盘形结构的多组分纤维。优选地,多组分纤维为皮芯型多组分纤维。优选地,芯可以包括木质素化合物,外皮可以包括一种或者多种聚合物。
作为进一步优选的,上述极细纤维无纺布层和聚酯长纤维无纺布层两层通过热压结合法与合成无纺布层进行一体化。优选的,热压结合法制成的无纺布表面具有凹凸,并且克重为18g/m2~20g/m2(材质轻,质地轻盈),综合柔软度≥55nN(柔软度高),吸水性≥600%(防水能力强)。本发明生产流程简单、能耗小,以及产品表面柔软、蓬松度高、不易变形,即手感好、使用更加舒适。
作为进一步优选的,所述透气抗菌膜层包括表层、涂料层和基材层;所述涂料层涂覆于基材层上,表层与基材层复合;所述基材层可以选用非结晶化聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯胶片层,选用该基材层,能够快速、有效的吸附涂料以及表层,另外,表层的设置能够进一步增加薄膜的吸附能力,抗菌功能持续时间长。

1.一种包含透气抗菌膜的防水透气抗菌性薄膜,包括从上至下依次复合而成的上层、中层和下层;其特征在于:所述中层和下层均为无纺布层,上层为透气抗菌膜;所述中层无纺布层厚度为10~20μm;所述下层无纺布层厚度为20~25μm;所述上层透气抗菌膜层厚度为2~8μm,所述无纺布层由极细纤维无纺布层、合成无纺布层和聚酯长纤维无纺布层复合组成;所述极细纤维无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的30~35%;所述合成无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的20~40%;所述聚酯长纤维无纺布层厚度占无纺布层总厚度的30~45%;上述极细纤维无纺布层和聚酯长纤维无纺布层两层通过热压结合法与合成无纺布层进行一体化;所述上层、中层和下层采用粘合树脂进行粘合;所述粘合树脂包括以下原料组分及重量份:
