Description
Claims (17)
- 강판에 용융아연도금하는 공정과,상기 용융아연도금 후의 강판을 가열하여 도금층을 합금화하는 공정과,상기 도금층 표면의 볼록부를 평탄화하여 그 평탄화된 도금층 표면 볼록부의 면적율이 20-80%가 되도록 상기 합금화된 용융아연도금강판을 조질압연하는 공정과,상기 조질압연 후의 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 도금층 표면에 두께가 10nm 이상, 200nm 이하의 아연계 산화물층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조질압연 후에, 합금화 처리시에 생성한 산화물층을 제거하여 표면을 활성화한 후, 아연계 산화물층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화물층의 형성을, 고온의 수증기와 접촉시켜 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화물층의 형성을, 산소농도 20% 이상의 분위기 속에서 가열하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화물층의 형성을, 산화제를 함유한 수용액과 접촉시켜 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화물층의 형성을, 물과 접촉 후 바로 건조하는 처리를 반복하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 접촉시키는 물의 온도가 50℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 물과 접촉 후 바로 건조하는 처리를, 3회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 물과 접촉 후 바로 건조하는 처리를, 3회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산화물층의 형성을, 산성용액에 접촉시킨 후 수세하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산성용액의 pH가 1 이상, 온도가 50℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 접촉시킨 산성용액의 부착량을, 강판 편면당 3.0g/㎡ 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,50℃ 이상의 온수로 수세하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산성용액에 접촉시킨 후, 1.0- 30.0 초 방치하고 나서 수세하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 수세후 중화처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 산성용액에 Fe 및/또는 Zn 이온이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 Fe 및/또는 Zn 이온이 함유한 산성용액에, Fe 및/또는 Zn의 황산염, 질산염, 염화물 중 1종 또는 2종 이상이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
