Claims (8)
- 성형가공에 의해서 만들어지는 성형품의 원료를 구성하는 펠릿으로서,친수성 고분자로 형성된 제 1 미분체와, 폴리올레핀계 열가소성 합성수지와 식물섬유와 무기화합물 중 1개이상으로 형성된 제 2 미분체의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 소정량의 수분을 함유하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 미분체의 입자지름이 30~200㎛의 범위, 상기 펠릿의 수분함유량이 상기 펠릿의 전체중량에 대해서 5~30%의 범위에 있고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 미분체가 상기 펠릿에 대략 균일하게 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿의 전체중량에 대한 상기 친수성 고분자의 중량비가 5~69.5%, 상기 펠릿의 전체중량에 대한 상기 합성수지의 중량비가 10~50%, 상기 펠릿의 전체중량에 대한 상기 식물섬유의 중량비가 20~60%, 상기 펠릿의 전체중량에 대한 상기 무기화합물의 중량비가 0.5~35%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿은 100~490N의 압력에서 붕괴됨과 아울러 150~190℃의 온도에서 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿의 부피비중은 0.2~1.0의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿은 대략 원기둥형상을 나타내고, 상기 펠릿의 길이는 0.5~10.0mm의 범위, 상기 펠릿의 직경은 1.0~5.0mm의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿.
- 성형가공에 의해서 만들어지는 성형품의 원료를 구성하는 펠릿의 제조방법으로서,친수성 고분자로 형성된 제 1 미분체와, 폴리올레핀계 열가소성 합성수지와 식물섬유와 무기화합물 중 1개이상으로 형성된 제 2 미분체에 물을 가하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 미분체를 상기 물과 함께 혼련하여 유동성 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합물 제조공정과, 상기 유동성 혼합물을 습식 조립한 후, 건조시켜 상기 펠릿을 제조하는 펠릿제조공정으로 구성되고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 미분체의 입자지름이 30~200㎛의 범위, 상기 혼합물 제조공정에서 가해지는 상기 물의 비율이, 상기 혼합물 제조공정에서 혼련되는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 미분체의 전체중량에 대해서 20~50%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펠릿의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 기재된 방법에 의해 제작된 펠릿을 사용하고, 그 펠릿을 발포시켜, 소정의 형상으로 성형가공한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿을 압출기로 발포시켜 소정의 형상으로 성형가공한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
