Claims (6)
- 所定量の紙パウダーと澱粉と水とを混練して作られた水分含有混合物を造粒し、前記混合物を所定形状の複数のペレットに加工する造粒工程と、前記ペレットに含まれる水分を減らす乾燥工程とを有し、
前記造粒工程では、気化熱で前記水分含有混合物の造粒時における摩擦熱を奪うアルコールを造粒機に注入し、前記混合物の温度を35〜45℃に保持し、
前記乾燥工程では、前記ペレットの進入口および排出口を有するユニットと、前記ユニットの内部に配置されて前記ペレットを該ユニットの進入口から排出口へ搬送するベルトコンベヤと、前記ユニットの内部温度を上げる熱源とを備える乾燥機を用いて、前記進入口から前記排出口までのベルトコンベヤの走行距離を1〜20mの範囲、前記ベルトコンベヤの走行速度を0.02〜0.1m/sの範囲とし、前記ユニットの内部温度を前記熱源によって45〜50℃の範囲に保持するペレット製造方法。 - 前記乾燥工程を経た後の前記ペレットが、前記紙パウダーと前記澱粉とが略均一に分散しつつ、該紙パウダーと該澱粉とが水素結合によって互いに結合し、その含水率が12.0〜20.0%の範囲、その崩壊圧力が100〜490Nの範囲にある請求項1記載のペレット製造方法。
- 前記造粒工程で注入される前記アルコールの混合割合が、前記水分含有混合物の総重量に対して2.0〜20.0重量%の範囲にある請求項1または請求項2記載のペレット製造方法。
- 前記乾燥工程を経た後の前記ペレットのアルコール含有率が0.5〜15.0%の範囲にある請求項1ないし請求項3いずれかに記載のペレット製造方法。
- 所定量の紙パウダーと澱粉と水とを混練して作られた水分含有混合物を造粒し、前記混合物を所定形状の複数のペレットに加工する造粒工程と、前記ペレットに含まれる水分を減らす乾燥工程とを有し、
前記造粒工程では、先端部に多孔ダイスが取り付けられたスクリュー押出機と、前記スクリュー押出機につながるスクリューコンベヤとを用いて、前記水分含有混合物を前記多孔ダイスから押し出すことでヌードル状の混合物に加工し、前記ヌードル状の混合物を前記スクリューコンベヤによって搬送する間に、該スクリューコンベヤのケーシングとスクリューとの間の間隙に進入させつつ前記スクリューによって切断して複数のペレットに加工し、
前記乾燥工程では、前記ペレットの進入口および排出口を有するユニットと、前記ユニットの内部に配置されて前記ペレットを該ユニットの進入口から排出口へ搬送するベルトコンベヤと、前記ユニットの内部温度を上げる熱源とを備える乾燥機を用いて、前記進入口から前記排出口までのベルトコンベヤの走行距離を1〜20mの範囲、前記ベルトコンベヤの走行速度を0.02〜0.1m/sの範囲とし、前記ユニットの内部温度を前記熱源によって45〜50℃の範囲に保持するペレット製造方法。 - 前記紙パウダーと前記澱粉との総重量に対する該紙パウダーの混合割合を60〜80重量%の範囲、前記紙パウダーと前記澱粉との総重量に対する該澱粉の混合割合を20〜40重量%の範囲とし、前記紙パウダーの平均粒径を50〜200μmの範囲、前記澱粉の平均粒径を5〜150μmの範囲とする請求項1ないし請求項5いずれかに記載のペレット製造方法。
