Description
Claims (12)
- 압전 바이모프 또는 유니모프 소자와 상기 바이모프 또는 유니모프 소자의 두께 방향에 수직인 적어도 두개의 면에 부착되고 신축성 재료로 구성되는 커버부재를 포함하는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 커버부재에는 상기 커버부재의 표면에 형성되는 다수의 홈이 설치되는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버부재 중 하나에는 에어챔버가 설치되는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압전 바이모프소자는 압전 세라믹 시트와 내부전극을 포함하는 적층구조를 가지는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,신축성 재료로 구성되고 상기 커버부재에 일체로 형성되는 귀걸이부를 더 포함하는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서,신축성 재료로 구성되고 상기 커버부재에 일체로 형성되는 귀걸이부를 더 포함하는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 압전 바이모프 또는 유니모프 소자와 상기 바이모프 또는 유니모프 소자의 전체를 덮고 신축성 재료로 구성되는 커버부재를 포함하는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 커버부재에는 상기 커버부재의 표면에 형성되는 다수의 홈이 설치되는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 커버부재에는 상기 커버부재의 한쪽면에 형성되는 에어챔버가 설치되는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 7항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압전 바이모프소자는 압전 세라믹 시트와 내부전극을 포함하는 적층구조를 가지는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 7항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,신축성 재료로 구성되고 상기 커버부재에 일체로 형성되는 귀걸이부를 더 포함하는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
- 제 10항에 있어서,신축성 재료로 구성되고 상기 커버부재에 일체로 형성되는 귀걸이부를 더 포함하는 골전도 음향 진동 발생소자.
