Claims (16)
- 마스터 실린더 유닛, 슬레이브 실린더 유닛, 상기 두 실린더 유닛을 연결하는 유압 매체 라인, 및 마스터 실린더 유닛과 슬레이브 실린더 유닛의 실린더들 사이의 유동 저항을 변동시킬 수 있는 쓰로틀 밸브를 포함하는, 특히 차량의 클러치를 구동하기 위한 유압 구동 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 쓰로틀 밸브는 센서와 연결된 제어장치에 의해 제어되는 구동기로 구동되고, 상기 센서는 두 실린더 유닛들 중 적어도 하나의 피스톤 운동을 검출하는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 2항에 따른, 자동차 스타팅 클러치를 구동하기 위한 구동 시스템으로서,상기 센서는 상기 마스터 실린더 유닛의 피스톤 운동을 검출하고, 클러치가 닫힐 때 피스톤 속도가 사전 설정된 기준을 초과하면 상기 제어장치가 유동 횡단면을 축소시키는 방향으로 상기 구동기를 제어하는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 피스톤이 사전 설정된 위치에 도달하고/거나 클러치의 폐쇄시 피스톤 속도가 사전 설정된 기준을 초과하는 경우, 상기 제어장치가 출력을 증가시키는 방향으로 자동차 내연기관의 출력을 조정하기 위해 구동기를 제어하는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제어장치가 차량 휠 회전수 및/또는 트랜스미션 변속비를 검출하기 위한 센서들과 연결되는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 쓰로틀 밸브의 밸브 부재가 보어 내에 이동 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 보어는 상기 실린더 유닛들 중 하나의 작업 챔버 내에 형성되어 있는 연결 보어에 대해 대략 직각으로 연장되며, 상기 두 실린더 유닛들 사이의 유압 매체 흐름에 의해 스토퍼에 대해 한 방향 또는 다른 방향으로 움직이는 방식으로 형성되어 상기 보어의 벽들과 상호 작용하며, 상기 밸브 부재가 스토퍼에 접하면 상기 밸브 부재에 의해 개방(노출)된 유동 횡단면이 축소되는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 밸브 부재는 전체적으로 축방향 관통 채널을 가진 관 형태로 형성되고, 종속 작업 챔버로부터 배출된 유압 매체가 상기 관통 채널을 관류하며 상기 종속 작업 챔버 내로 흘러들어오는 유압 매체가 보어를 막고 있는 벽에 접하는 밸브 부재의 단부면을 움직이는 방식으로 이동 가능하게 배치되며, 그럼으로써 관통 채널이 적어도 부분적으로 폐쇄되고, 압력 매체 유동이 상기 관통 채널의 벽에 있는 반경방향 개구를 통해 이루어지는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 밸브 부재를 수용하는 보어가 관련 실린더 유닛의 하우징 내에 형성되고, 상기 압력 매체 라인이 상기 보어로 연결되는, 구동 시스템.
- 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 쓰로틀 밸브가 자동차 유압 클러치 구동 시스템의 마스터 실린더에 할당되어, 상기 마스터 실린더 내로 유압 매체가 흘러들어가면 유동 횡단면을 감소시키는, 구동 시스템.
- 특히 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유압 시스템 내에서 관형 유압 매체 라인을 하우징에 형성된 단자와 연결하기 위한 장치로서,상기 장치는 하우징의 원통형 부착물 내에 형성된, 관 삽입용 삽입 채널을 포함하며, 상기 관의 외부면과 삽입 채널의 내부면 사이에 환형 챔버가 형성되고, 상기 환형 챔버의 축방향 내부는 반경방향 환형 면에 의해 한정되며,상기 장치는 또한, 삽입된 상태에서 전방 단부 영역이 환형 챔버 내로 돌출되고 후방 단부 영역이 원통형 부착물의 외부로 노출되며, 삽입 채널 내로 삽입 가능하게 전체적으로 원통형인 잠금 부재,상기 환형 챔버 내에 상기 잠금 부재의 한 쪽 단부면과 반경방향 환형 면 사이에 배치될 수 있는 하나 이상의 시일 링, 및상기 잠금 부재에서 회전될 수 있는 잠금 부시를 포함하고, 상기 잠금 부시는 상기 관이 상기 잠금 부시와 잠금 부재를 관통하여 상기 부착물의 환형 면을 지나 삽입 채널 내로 삽입될 수 있는 잠금 해제 위치로부터 상기 관이 잠금 부재 및/또는 잠금 부시에 의해 상기 부착물에 축방향으로 고정되는 잠금 위치로 회전될 수 있는, 장치.
