- 제1항에 있어서,상기 홀 수송 재료는 고분자 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고분자 재료는 트리페닐아민을 골격으로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광 재료는 고분자 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고분자 재료의 분자량은 10만 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고분자 재료의 분자량은 5000 이상, 30000 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광 기능층에 전자 수송 재료가 더 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 일렉트로루미네선스 장치.
