Claims (18)
- 집전체와 상기 집전체 상에 형성된 전자전도성의 다공체층을 갖고, 또한, 상기 다공체층에는 전자전도성을 갖는 다공체 입자와 상기 다공체 입자를 결착 가능한 결합제가 적어도 포함되어 있는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 결합제와 비수성 전해질 용액에 사용 가능한 유기용매가 상기 다공체 입자의 표면에 존재하고 있는 용매가 있는 다공체 입자를 혼합하는 혼합공정을 포함하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 집전체와 상기 집전체 상에 전기적 접촉을 유지하는 상태로 형성된 전자전도성의 다공체층을 갖고, 또한, 상기 다공체층에는 전자전도성을 갖는 다공체 입자와 상기 다공체 입자를 결착 가능한 결합제가 적어도 포함되어 있는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 다공체 입자와 상기 결합제를 혼합하는 혼합공정 전에, 비수성 전해질 용액에 사용 가능한 유기용매를 상기 다공체 입자에 흡착시켜, 상기 유기용매가 상기 다공체 입자의 표면에 존재하고 있는 용매가 있는 다공체 입자를 얻는 흡착 처리공정을 포함하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 비수성 전해질 용액에 사용 가능한 유기용매는 상기 전극과 함께 전기화학 커패시터를 구성하는 비수성 전해질 용액에 포함되는 유기용매와 동종의 유기용매인 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 있는 다공체 입자와 상기 결합제와 상기 결합제를 용해 또는 분산 가능한 액체를 포함하는 전극 형성용 도포액을 조제하는 도포액 조제공정과,상기 도포액을 상기 집전체 상에 도포하고, 또한 상기 액체 및 상기 유기용매를 제거하여 상기 다공체층을 형성하는 다공체층 형성공정을 포함하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 도포액 조제공정에서, 상기 전극 형성용 도포액 중에 포함되는 상기 유기용매의 함유량이 상기 전극 형성용 도포액 중의 액체 성분의 총 질량에 대하여 25 내지 35질량%가 되도록 조절하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 있는 다공체 입자와 상기 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물을 혼련하여, 전극 형성용 혼련물을 조제하는 혼련물 조제공정과,상기 혼련물을 사용하여 상기 집전체 상에 상기 다공체층을 형성하는 다공체층 형성공정을 포함하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매 중에, 상기 비수성 전해질 용액에 사용 가능한 상기 유기용매 및 상기 결합제 이외의 성분과 동일한 성분을 적어도 1종 더욱 첨가하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매 및 상기 결합제 이외의 성분이 상기 비수성 전해질 용액에 포함되는 전해질 성분인 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매 중에, 상기 유기용매 및 상기 결합제 이외의 성분을 더욱 첨가함으로써 상기 비수성 전해질 용액과 동일한 성분조성을 갖는 용액을 조제하고, 이것을 상기 다공체 입자에 흡착시키는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매, 또는 상기 비수성 전해질 용액에 포함되는 상기 유기용매 이외의 성분과 동일한 성분이 더욱 첨가된 용액에는 용해하지 않고, 또한, 케톤계의 용제에 용해 가능한 불소계 수지인 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합공정에서, 상기 용매가 있는 다공체 입자와 상기 결합제와 상기 결합제를 용해 또는 분산 가능한 액체를 혼합하여 전극 형성용 도포액을 조제하고,상기 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법이,상기 도포액을 상기 집전체 상에 도포하고, 또한 상기 액체 및 상기 유기용매를 제거하여 상기 다공체층을 형성하는 다공체층 형성공정을 더욱 포함하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합공정에서 얻어지는 상기 용매가 있는 다공체 입자와 상기 결합제의 혼합물을 혼련하여 전극 형성용 혼련물을 조제하는 혼련물 조제공정과,상기 혼련물을 사용하여 상기 집전체 상에 상기 다공체층을 형성하는 다공체층 형성공정을 포함하는 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 서로 대향하는 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극과 절연성을 갖고 있는 상기 제 1 전극과 상기 제 2 전극의 사이에 인접하여 배치되는 세퍼레이터와 비수성 전해질 용액과 상기 제 1 전극, 상기 제 2 전극, 상기 세퍼레이터 및 상기 비수성 전해질 용액을 밀폐한 상태로 수용하는 케이스를 갖는 전기화학 커패시터의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 2 전극 중 적어도 한쪽을, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법에 의해 제조하는 전기화학 커패시터의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 2 전극의 양쪽을, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전기화학 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법에 의해 제조하는 제 13 항에 기재된 전기화학 커패시터의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터를 절연성의 다공체로 형성하여, 상기 제 1 전극, 상기 제 2 전극 및 상기 세퍼레이터의 내부에 상기 비수성 전해질 용액의 적어도 일부를 함침시키는 전기화학 커패시터의 제조방법.
- 비수성 전해질 용액에 사용 가능한 유기용매가 전자전도성을 갖는 다공체 입자의 표면에 존재하고 있는 용매가 있는 다공체 입자.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 프로필렌카보네이트인 용매가 있는 다공체 입자.
- 제 16 항 또는 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 다공체 입자의 비표면적이 500㎡/g 이상인 용매가 있는 다공체 입자.
