Claims (11)
- 서로 대향하는 애노드 및 캐소드와,상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드의 사이에 배치되는 절연성의 세퍼레이터와,전해질 용액과,상기 애노드, 상기 캐소드, 상기 세퍼레이터 및 상기 전해질 용액을 밀폐한 상태로 수용하는 케이스를 구비하고,상기 애노드가 전자전도성을 갖는 제 1 탄소 재료를 구성 재료로서 포함하며, 또한,상기 캐소드가 전자전도성을 갖는 제 2 탄소 재료를 구성 재료로서 포함하고,상기 제 1 탄소 재료의 애스팩트비는 1 내지 1.5이고,상기 제 2 탄소 재료의 애스팩트비는 2 내지 8인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세퍼레이터가 절연성의 다공체로 이루어지고,상기 애노드가 상기 제 1 탄소 재료를 포함하는 다공질의 층을 갖고 있으며,상기 캐소드가 상기 제 2 탄소 재료를 포함하는 다공질의 층을 갖고 있고,상기 전해질 용액은 적어도 그 일부가 상기 애노드, 상기 캐소드, 및 세퍼레이터의 내부에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드, 상기 캐소드, 및 상기 세퍼레이터의 각각이 판형의 형상을 나타내고 있고,상기 케이스가 서로 대향하는 한 쌍의 복합포장필름을 적어도 사용하여 형성되며, 또한상기 복합포장필름이 상기 전해질 용액에 접촉하는 합성 수지로 된 최내부 층과, 상기 최내부 층의 위쪽에 배치되는 금속층을 적어도 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드에 포함되는 상기 다공질의 층 중의 상기 제 1 탄소 재료의 함유량이 상기 다공질의 층의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여, 75 내지 90질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 탄소 재료의 비표면적이 1000 내지 3000㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드에 포함되는 상기 다공질의 층 중의 제 2 탄소 재료의 함유량이 상기 다공질의 층의 총 질량을 기준으로 하여 75 내지 90질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 탄소 재료의 비표면적이 1000 내지 3000㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드에 포함되는 상기 다공질의 층 중의 공극 체적의 비율이 50 내지 75%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질 용액이 유기용매를 사용하는 전해질 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기화학 캐패시터.
