Claims (14)
- - 공액 디엔 단량체,- 하나 이상의 불활성 포화 및 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매에 현탁된, 하나 이상의 희토류 금속의 유기 인산염,- 화학식 AlR3또는 HAlR2의 알킬알루미늄으로 이루어진 알킬화제[여기서, "알킬화제:희토류염(들)"의 몰 비는 5를 초과한다] 및- 알킬알루미늄 세스퀴할라이드를 제외한 알킬알루미늄 할라이드 계열에 속하는 할로겐 공여체를 최소한의 기재로 하고, 촉매 시스템이 희토류 금속(들)을 0.005mol/ℓ 이상의 농도로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 중합에 의해 폴리부타디엔을 제조하는 데 사용하기 위한 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 금속(들)을 0.010 내지 0.060mol/ℓ의 농도 범위로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염이 희토류 트리스[비스(2-에틸헥실)포스페이트]임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염이 네오디뮴 트리스[비스(2-에틸헥실)포스페이트]임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "알킬화제:희토류 염" 몰 비가 정확히 5 내지 10임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "할로겐 공여체:염" 몰 비가 2 내지 3.5 범위의 값을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, "공액 디엔 단량체:염" 몰 비가 15 내지 70 범위의 값을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공액 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 할로겐 공여체가 알킬알루미늄 모노할라이드임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 할로겐 공여체가 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 알킬화제가 디이소부틸알루미늄 하이드라이드임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
- - 용매 중의 희토류 염의 현탁액을 제조하는 임의의 제1 단계,- 제1 단계에서 수득한 현탁액에 공액 디엔 단량체를 가하거나, 제1 단계를 수행하지 않은 경우, 공액 디엔 단량체 이외에, 용매를 염에 가하는 제2 단계,- 제2 단계 종결시 수득한 현탁액에 알킬화제를 가하여 알킬화 염을 수득하는 제3 단계 및- 알킬화 염에 할로겐 공여체를 가하는 제4 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 촉매 시스템의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 촉매 시스템을 부타디엔의 존재하에 불활성 탄화수소 용매 속에서 반응시켜, 크기별 배제 크로마토그래피로 측정한, 수득된 폴리부타디엔의 다분산도 지수 Ip가 2.1 미만이 되도록 하는 것으로 이루어진 폴리부타디엔의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 표준 ASTM 1646에 따라 측정한, 폴리부타디엔의 100℃에서의 무니(Mooney) 점도 ML(1+4)가 40 이상임을 특징으로 하는 폴리부타디엔의 제조방법.
