Abstract

"SISTEMA CATALìTICO UTILIZáVEL PARA PREPARAR POLIBUTADIENOS POR POLIMERIZAçãO E PROCESSOS DE PREPARAçãO DE UM SISTEMA CATALìTICO E DE UM POLIBUTADIENO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema catalítico utilizável para preparar por polimerização dos polibutadienos, um processo de preparação do dito sistema catalítico e um processo de preparação de polibutadienos por meio desse sistema catalítico. Um sistema catalítico de acordo com a invenção é à base de pelo menos: - monómero de dieno conjugado, - um sal de um ou vários metais de terra rara de um ácido fosfórico orgânico, o dito sal estando em suspensão em pelo menos um solvente hidrocarboneto inerte e saturado de tipo alifático ou alicíclico, - um agente de alquilação constituído de um alquilalumínio de fórmula AIR~ 3~ ou HAIR~ 2~, a relação molar (agente de alquilação/sal de terra(s) rara(s)) sendo superior a 5, e - um doador de halogênio que pertence a família dos halogenetos de alquilalumínio a exclusão dos sesqui-halogenetos de alquilalumínio, e, de acordo com a invenção, o dito sistema catalítico compreende o dito metal ou os ditos metais de terra rara segundo uma concentração igual ou superior a 0,005 mol/l.
